Too good Sapta. I am learning so much from your short video. Very Informative. Keep posting your Gyaans. You are such a great public speaker. Thanks a ton. Take care. :)
Very informative! And Yes of course confidence begets confidence, No one wants to hand money to someone who behaves like they don’t deserve it, or has no idea what to do with it. Trust and be confident in your knowledge, skills and value which your work will bring and price as much as you want. Because we can always negotiate down from a price that was too high, but We can’t recover from a price that was too low.
Yeah... Values are core of everything. Everything is based on that. If you cant add value, no matter how good you speak and negotiate, nothing will happen in the long run.
I really was focused on each and every word that you said in this video. This was so helpful. Looking forward to implement the said things in my upcoming interview!

Clear on the subject, thaught and have the power of making people listen to you. Thanks for a great and informative video once again. After working several years on Design, my only experience is that "Everyone knows design" they think, the design is just to knowing tools like Photoshop and others. That's why they ask for, to do a job in Rs.200!!. Yes, you are right, we need to improve our skills first. But we need to market ourself also and sometimes say no to cheap offers.
I thought there will be a cliffhanger at the end of the episode for the next one like you did in the last video, please do that, it was a nice touch! 😋
Awesome work brother! Very motivating on a professional as well as personal level. There's so much to learn from you sir, thanks for this video on negotiation 👏👏. Your examples of yourself are way good. Well I often come to some points while working on something new. It feels like I must have known some of the visual design, parts of web design to actually showcase, some UI/UX/interaction design for look, feel and experience, some of cad areas as well and of course as you said motion designs. While learning I usually get lost in track of time. How you cop up with the main parameter in every design i.e. Time factor. I would like to see a video on this too.

But many a times employers keep pushing you like are you interested??.... Share your thoughts via text, the main thing is that they are not giving you time to think about it....
