Actually it should be based on personal intelligence & qualities rather than diversity. I will give you example of field Hockey. when India used to win olympic games, most of the field hockey players used to be from Punjab or northern India. Since they started this diversity thing, India did not win any medal in olympic games. This is result of diversity. Any person should be selected based on his/her own qualities,rather than Diversity .

It has motivated me so much that now I have one and only target in my life: wings on the beautiful sky blue uniform with the grey batch on which my name is written. Chair flying helps in cockpit analysis - we are first time sent in the cockpit - taxi run wherein on instructions, we practice to run the pilatus on a yellow line precisely - passing this, we'll be sent for flying sortie level of stage 2 for 100 hrs sortie - hair cut by satya anna - 'i dont tell you how to fly, you don't tell be how to cut' by satya - he gives a perfect look to cadets - he cuts in 0 shape hair only to stage 0 cadets depicting that cadet is currently at 0 losing all his egoes, no 0 cut for stage 1 and stage 2 cadets - only fauji cuts.
Is it compulsary that one should be able to speak in hindi to join AFA ?? As it can be a problem from the north East people where hindi is not much practiced
