Yeah they got no problem with that. It is a official spotting location. Airside checks once in a while by car from the inside. They were very friendly and understood what we were doing. When your just friendly and let know you are very passionate it is all fine!
If you want to get over the fence with just a ladder u need a very high ladder! We had a big pick up truck with a ladder in the back wich was 6 inches. We got over the fence when we were standing at the 4th step. This step was also the most stable to stand on. So it is quite difficult but worth it because the backround is perfect and you are right on the touchdown. But if you don't want to rent a big car or buy ladders you can always plane spot bit further to the right when they are still in the air!
