D-COIN has flown over 30 hours in the last 7 days. Just for illustration, the amount of fuel used would be enough for my car (Mondeo 1.8tdci) to do 500,000 miles, five hundred thousand miles! Let that sink in, and my car isn't allowed into the airfield where I work(Biggin Hill) which is also where this plane landed a few times this last week, without paying a ULEZ charge as the entrance is 3 miles inside the ridiculous boundary! That is the height of virtue signalling! The whole eco thing is driving me mental😫😫😫😫
I'm assuming there's a dedicated customs department for executive jets adjacent to the parking area? Can't have the pampered ones queuing with the unwashed in the general customs area can we.
It's so funny that they want to be "Green". Motorsport can only be green, if you don't do it. I mean, the cars driving in circles have the smallest part. All the logistics, Trucks, Motorhomes, Planes etc etc... More and more races, even more emissions to carry all their stuff around the planet, but yea, we need the cars to be "green". The cars could be V12s and it wouldn't make any difference at all.
