The small cups that you added were just the side dishes called, “banchan”. You were supposed to mixed the other container that had the egg and mix that with the rice. That’s the bibimbap. However, you can mix whatever you want into bibimbap and it’s still super delicious! Glad you enjoyed it 🤤

Me and the husband used to go to Picnic K. BBQ in NJ every other month and love it...oh you cook your food on the grill in the table. We tried everything but the favorite is the short ribs and steak...yes galbi and bulgogi...and you eat it on a lettuce leaf you put rice and the meat or seafood you cook then whatever else you want.as per seafood.. yes scallops, shrimp with/without head, mussels, clams and blue crab. Oh and the vegetables, eggs, scallion cakes etc.
I love your enthusiasm & strong interest in all sorts of food. And then you can also make your own rendition of the dish to how you like it but in no way disrespecting the dish or the culture. I love your channel so far
