I don’t normally post, but I thank you so much for sharing your story. This something new I am dealing with and you give me hope. I also want to do this with out medication because FOR ME, medicine feels like a bandaid. Blessings to you!
This is the best video I’ve seen because this is me all the way I’m sooo scared to jog because I’m scared to feel a skip beat at a fast pace bro this is life changing GOD bless you a million for this
Thank you Dwayne. This is a beautiful comment thank you brother. Thats the reason i created these videos to help those who are on similar paths. Ill be making more so stay tuned 💪🏻😎. P.S. get jogging my friend 🏃🏻💪🏻😁 There is a strategy to it tho ill explain more in future videos.
I sure will I guess the cure is just facing the fear 😬😑 of this heart phobia crap I’m just scared of feeling it skip at a face pace an I have seen a cardiologist an my regular doc they say I’m fine but my mind feels like something is constantly wrong I fear the adrenaline
Please keep telling your story. I know this is an older video as you know people still stuck in the loop need reassurance. You got out you should definitely tell everybody you can. Thank you.
In this video i explained what worked for me was jogging. It eradicated all my anxiety symptoms. I felt pure bliss after a long jog as it depleted all my adrenalin. As that is all anxiety is "adrenalin"
Thanks Glenn. I have been through months of panic and now in retrospect it was amazing because I came out the other side stronger and able to help others. I learned how to mediate and changed my diet and did yoga. It took about 5 months but it passed! Nice of you to post this so others can be helped. PS are you in Ireland?
Kate Shanley thank you Kate , yes for sure if you come through a bout of anxiety and panic you will be a very resilient and strong person , it’s like a stage of enlightenment lol ! Yes I am in Ireland.
Hi friend. You are right , a new video is due :) truth is i have been enjoying my anxiety free life so much , 10 years of living in fear I have so much to make up for lol. I promise a video is coming soon tell me some topics you want help with and want me to talk about?
@@FromPanictoParis if you could talk about dealing with the mental side. The dpdr, the lack of confidence, existential thoughts. The general depression that comes from living with it. That would be good👍
@@FromPanictoParis my main things i deal with are dpdr which is worse than ever on waking up and in the morning it feels unreal until i have been up for a few hours. I used to love having a good daydream and my main thing i enjoyed about running every morning was the mental side but since my breakdown its as if im in a constant state of loss of sense of self. Confidence is lower than ever. Its like its made me scared of my own mind now. Feel like im pretending to be the old me but am not the old me anymore. The old me was confident and mentally strong. Now im questioning and over analysing everything. Dont recognise myself in the mirror and dont feel connected to myself. Question my existence and purpose. If you have any advice on any of that, that would be good mate.
Thank you for sharing! i started walking 5 miles everyday and gradually worked myself to jogging a mile. But now i go to the gym and even though i still have to take a lot of "bathroom breaks" to calm down..i'm still doing it! I have never heard of anyone else talk about a similar journey. In about a year i will be going on my honeymoon (Godwilling). I am terrified of getting a panic attack on the plane though..but seems like i always hit a plateau. I need to do it but realistically i know i wouldn't get past the airport checkout line since i can still not handle grocery stores or a even a job.But this is very encouraging! I need to get my life back.
Have you ever tried jogging a mile every day for a week ? This would be a great goal for you , I believe you will be on that plane , create that psychological switch over with the jogs and you will dampen down your nervous systems response to these high adrenaline spikes , I stopped calling them panic attacks lol I like to call them adrenaline spikes , because that's what they are it's not an attack on your body it's your body trying to help you , unfortunately we attached fear to this adrenaline response so it persisted for years / months. The way out of this is exercise daily , trust me I went from not being able to get on public transportation for many years to now flying on a plane once a month to Paris , if I can do it anyone can . Bless you 🙏
Thank you Peter. Its a pleasure to hear i helped you in some way. That is my aim with these videos. You are a young man with your whole life ahead of you. Think of this as a learning experience. Keep well brother
