I use the same tires on my 2019 ZL1 1LE for street daily use. They are very loud but improved the performance and ride tremendously. Got almost 12K miles out of them before having to replace the rears and 15.6K on the front. I use another set for road track courses and they don't last long when you get super aggressive with them. I made it through 3 track days with them brand new and they were toast 5th lap of the 3rd day and had to put the original new Good Year tires and they were very good in the corners but completely shredded by the end of the final day.
Took me a while to finally decide if I should stick with the R888R or Cup2. I went for Cup2's and I gotta say, they are insane!! Especially in curves you have an unbelievable amount of grip. (they are loud too, but definetly more silent than the toyo's). The tire provides alot of feedback, you can literally feel how far you can go before you gonna slip in a curve. Warming up the tires goes fast, doesn't take too long. For drag race or simple acceleration at the straight the R888R will be better for sure if not much. Cup2 tires got more drain threads on the inside. So with the stock camber you will have less surface than with the r888r. Although in the wet you will be safer with cup2. consider to PPF your fender and doors, these tires are sticky and throw up any dirt. Also had already stones fly by my side window. High steering angle allows to throw up any kind of debris by the tire.
I'm in the same boat with m ZL1 1LE, factory Eagle F3R got me to 8000miles, obviously below 50F they were worthless which shortened my Spring/Fall seasons a little. After 700whp they couldn't hold 3rd rolling it on or 4th whacking it (even over 80mph). I road course the car which is why any DR is a no-go for me. Anyone here between 900-1100whp use the R888R with success? Looking at 305 and 345/30R19s
@@bendavis35 nice, where did you get your ZL1 1LE from? Which dealership? I put an order in for a ZL1 1LE about 5 months ago....I know allocations are hard to come by....I may never get one, but will wait and see what happens
I got this car used with 2,800 miles on it in 2021 I think. I was traveling in Scottsdale, Arizona and happened to find it at a local dodge dealership so I bought it and trailered it home.
I have a blue zl11le also , and a evo x . Yes I'm over 50 years young . You are as young as you feel.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I think we are going to plan a track day soon.

Go and see comparisons of the two tires on a track. You might be surprised. The eagle supercar is actually an excellent tire.
Nice Job.. Looking now for 2017 ZO6 may go same route. Hopefully you do another review as you continue to drive that Beast.. Enjoy
I had mines replaced with Michelins and had cup 2 for the track. But I went 345”s in the rear 305 in the front
How they doing so far...? Looking for 2017 ZO6

Looks awesome man! Super jealous. I could only afford the 4s’.
I love the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S, it's great tire.
Holy shit. They’re loud!
You found them I’m 305 for the front?
Do those tires even have a side wall ? Didn’t look like it in the video and pictures
Not much.
So they have better grip than Pilot sport cup 2 ?
I'm not sure. I've heard the Sport Cup 2 is perfect but I've never owned them.
Which would be better toyo or continental extreme contact
Sorry I really don't have experience comparing those two tires.
Nice do you track your zl1 1le
I haven’t yet. I might take it soon.

Perelli p zero's We'll fix all your problems
No way im buying those nobby tires .. thats too much to deal with
Just wondering why you put track tires on your car when you don't track it?
My tire guy talked me into the Toyo R888R. I will try Michelins next time. Availability was also a consideration.
