Barre Workout with Mini Ball // All Standing Full Body Exercises

- Join me for a great 25 minute barre and pilates fusion workout! All you need is a sturdy chair or counter top for support and a ball (something you can hold in one hand) or you can use a rolled up towel in the sections where we place the ball behind our knee and in the crook of our arm for biceps.
A few of the moves we do two sets. If you find it too difficult, just start with one set and feel free to take a break and jump back in when you are ready.
You will love this total body toning workout! The ball makes it fun and I love to demonstrate how to use the ball to tone instead of weights or dumbbells. These exercises are easy on the joints and low impact.

Really like this workout. It is quick but intense. It is nice to have alternatives to cardio and weights. Also most barre workouts are just too much for me. I can do them but it takes forever to recover. Your barre workouts go at good pace. I feel challenged and energized and not worn out.

Mini ball = worth it's weight in gold 😉 And I really enjoyed the stretches at the end. I just bought a handled resistance band yesterday to add to my equipment collection- yeah! Can't wait to try one of those workouts. 🙂

Day 67, mini ball kept escaping lol. Not sure mine is so good for the knee exercises, in future I will use a towel. Hope your weekend is going great.

I think its not the best kind of ball as it is not smooth but from some kind of foam, anyway it seems to be a small issue only when doing the knee exercises. All the other ones are fine. I persevere :)

Thanks for putting this out here. It was hard, but doable, and even though I often don't care for stretching, I was actually able to feel them and see how it benefited my body. :)
I think stretching is so important! It reduces soreness and is crucial for proper body alignment. Try my Pilates video. I think you will like it.
