Great Pod Mate. Thank you. Alexey is a BA. For the new guys may I suggest putting a piece of 2x4 wood in the street, learn how to go over it without touching it with your front or rear wheel. Then use 2 of them stacked up. This will help you learn how to slightly wheelie, and Bunny hop so you can carry the front or rear wheel over hazards. Also find or make a place where you can slide your bike. Pitch it sideways and get use to it getting Wonky so on race day when it happens you can more easily ride out of it. Happy trails. Peace

Advice for first time gravel racers, you can do an incredible amount of recon of the event your doing by utilizing RUclips. Watch race videos. Make notes of equipment being used. Know your abilities don’t go with a pro set up it looks cool but it won’t give you any value. Your goal should be to finish strong on a reliable bike set up. After a few races you’ll know what you really need and what is just over kill.

What if the person grew up and dialed in the pro set up over 5 plus years and their set up is more pro than pro?

Don’t go by the size on the tire, always measure the tire on the rim!
I’m running the 47mm Pathfinder as well however my wheels are 29/35 inside/out which makes the mounted tire 49mm! 😊💕🚴

100% love gluing tubular tires. It’s very romantic and stress relief.

Just about pillar magnesium ... is it just a sleep quality improvement and are you getting a longer sleep. I too use Whoop ...
Great gravel tips. In Wexford not a lot of trails but the Facebook gravel groups have loads info. CX season starts soon and I reckon sport could grow with gravel bikes being used. Great video and well done.

why not carry a cut up section of tire instead of duct tape for a side wall slit.
