This deserves the No Bell GBC award

I love this module! I'm trying to reverse enigneer it, but main question is how to split the big 140 tooth banana gear in to twelwe sections in order to get synchronised feeder of the balls with the "sun". I can see that the ball feeder is not turning with constant velocity and that those "swinging" gears have somehing to do with it, but for now I can't see how. Will have to think some more. Again - fantastic and intrigueing mechanism. Best regards. Miha

Hmmm, I believe those oscilating gears only make the feeder rise for a short period of time and keep it longer in the lowest position. I also found the right gearing combo for 1/12 :-) -> 8/24 *12/24 * 12/24 = 1/12. Now off to make it work :-) I congratulate you on a fantastic work once more! Best regards.

Thanks for your comment. You are exactly right.
I had to make 12*12:140 (36:35) ratio gearing combination to complete this module.
I uploaded a couple of picture on Twitter. This also has function of “phase shifter”.
I hope you to complete reverse engineering my module.

@@Jackal82JPN Thank you very much for your help and the photos ;-) So does this difference 36/35 means that you have to make corrections on it through the phase shifter, because it is going out of sync slowly? Correct me if I'm wrong but if you'd remove the phase shifter wouldn't it stay in sync the whole time - seems to me that that differencial is "guilty" for desynchronisation.

Ahhh...I answered it myself - I overlooked the pair 140/12. It gives almost a perfect 12/1 ratio, well Sariel's gear calculator says 12,002/1 :-) Fantastic engineering!

      MajklSpajkl
      24/20 * 24/28 = 36/35
“phase shifter” is for adjust timing of ball feeder, by using differencial gear.
