Women’s health is always pushed to the back burner since we care for so many people and take care of so many things. I’m glad you are ok. This was a good reminder that moms need to care for ourselves.

Food allergies can cause changes in menstrual cycles and issues like pcos too.

Hi! My daughter is almost 14 and for the first 10 1/2 years of her life, she had the same eczema issues you mentioned. I "joked" that it looked like she has leprosy. Drs always just said it was eczema and prescribed creams and lotions. Finally, it was sooo raw and hurt so much, I decided to cut it some food as as experiment- starting with gluten food + then I was going to switch and try dairy if it didn't work, And go down the line of allergens) within 2 weeks, it was completely cleared up. We went to a tea house and she had gluten (on purpose) and within 15 min of eating, it was as though it hadn't cleared at all and came back with a vengeance. She also had digestive issues (both constipation AND diarrhea, depending on the day)- of course I had no idea cuz I hadn't really looked at her bowel movements since she was three. Now three plus years later she has no skin issues or digestive issues, unless she has gluten. Even sometimes oats because of the cross-contamination. We had taken her in 4 years earlier to get tested for food allergies and it was a waste of time and money.
Anyway, just a thought to consider, because like I said... Described was exactly what she was dealing with and it was so horrible and stressful. She had such sensitive skin as a baby too because of all of it!

I am considering going back to my keto diet again to see if that helps. I had no breakouts while I was on that for almost two years. Diet definitely can have an impact on autoimmune responses

Sometimes you have to take care of YOU. You can't pour from an empty cup. I'm sorry that you keep having the procedure and not given a local med to help the pain. I hear that a lot of gyn thing there are no nerves there or something crazy thing like that. Either way, thank you for the update. I always appreciate your videos! Take all the time you need.
We are chilling this month into July, but trying to keep up with Math because we are behind in that before my boys move up. I am also slowly working on 7th, 9th, and 10th grade curricula, schedules, and buying books and such up as i can.

I know you didn’t ask and I’m certain you know more about these things than I do, but I was also having bleeding issues and had an ablation. It was a good fit for me. I’m thinking of you.

It was one of the options I talked to my gyn about. I got the feeling he was hesitant about it but made me wonder if I should ask for a 2nd opinion. Thank you for sharing!

Abbey…thanks so much for the update! I can’t Believe with how busy your May was you were able to get so much still done.
So thankful that you’re doing okay health wise and so glad you took time off from YT. I agree that women’s health is not discussed enough on YT or anywhere…especially menopause!
As it sounds like you have another busy month coming up I pray you are still able to find some rest time for yourself. Just a suggestion but I would 100% try and get away with your daughter this coming month and make some good memories with her. ❤️

I’m actually craving a couple of days away to relax and recharge. I have so many things coming down the pipeline in terms of projects and things I’m working on that I want to share in the future but I know I won’t be able to work well or keep up that pace if I don’t take some time away. Plus, it’s her last full year at home and my mom heart is just craving more time with with her
