    This is great. If you ever do it again.....Please slow the down the vid to a speed we can understand. It is to puzzling this fast. I like it..... I just cant tell what is going on to try doing it myself.

    UD tape as in the video - we can get from CN-Models where the most of his used fabric came from!!!!

    I'm assuming you had a large sheet of unidirectional carbon fiber you cut to end up with a diagonal grain? Is there a structural benefit to diagonal grain or is it just for aesthetics? Thanks.

    What type of cf is used here dry, prepreg or standard with epoxy?

    Hello - can you share with us your UD carbon tape supplier?
    I’m looking for it 8 weeks continued but nothing I found is even nearly similar to 0,028mm thickness and 4g/m - for me impossible to get….
    Your help would be very appreciated!

      I asked the store where I purchased the UD tapes below if they could ship internationally, but unfortunately they answered that they could not.

      You may be able to find a UD tape with a narrow width, so please look for it. It can also be substituted by using narrower ones in parallel.

    Realy helpfull !!! great video you have to play several time in order to catch "all" the detail... One question : which thinkness is your mylar film ? (190 µm, 250µm or 350µm). Thanks

      Regarding the mylar, the thicker one will finish better.

      With the very thick Mylar, the risk is to not be able to bend it enough at the leading edge. Is it the reason why you are doing the part in 2 phase before the skin and after to finish correctly it ?

      Shave the leading edge thinly in a tapered shape to be easily bend.

    where do u cooked carbon fiber? carbon fiber has to be cooked some hours in the autoclave at 160 200 c°

      For this use, strength can be secured by curing at normal temperature without baking.

    How do you know how much resin you put on?

      I'ts hard to measure while working.
      As a guide, touch the back side of carbon spread with your hand and slightly stick it.

    are his "synergy II" airfoils wing strictly for molding, or also suitable for bagging? I have only bagging for now

      synergy II is made for both molding and bagging. You can read all the information on the rcgroup thread

      @@gaderyfr8485 all readt did !!! for days and in some og the coments people said that are for moulding because it has a negative slight angle that make it difficult...so do you recomend me to use this airfoild anyways or try de V2 ? thank you

      @@magneresjuan you can use the synergy without problems, I do it with all my f3k wing and I don't have any problems. The zone v2 is also a good airfoil but the synergy is better

      @@magneresjuan if your skilled enough withe the hot wires you can try to put the - 1° otherwise do it without the - 1° and you will add by triming the servo. The last wing I've done was with the - 1° but it didn't came as nice as I wanted

    With what material did you make the templates of the profile?

      Generaly templates are made from soft aluminium. You can fix the templates with nails or needles.

      I use 0.3mm aluminium plate.

      Araldite 5052 is the best resin for DLG. It does not melt form.

    Real nice, have all tools to get it on, but... i need a Carbon wing for " REAL high tempo...want to Crack my 450 kmh record.. at Time.. stays by 550 kmh. ( what shoud i use for the wing from Material... carbon, o. that 3Mstuff... with the karo's...its superlightweight.. but with that G force the wing gets wrippet.. explodes! .. .. for the Wing so light it only get, but.. with a selfwindet 6 Pole IP brushles.. with a Enc.. with up to 400A .. Place for 2 x 8s ... so with 16s & 400A ... what Material can i use to get not ripped apart. ( Carbon & what mm. .. i think 1 layer straight & One. 180° ( + x from the fibres & the rowings " Carbon Layers... & with epoxid & thats the Thing! ... at the edge i have to made a carbonpowder- .. with epoxid & carbondust .. to get a perfeckt wing, that ripps not... ( looks like black silicone... what i can do better for get the 2 wing-sh. strong boundet? .. ( & clear i have to selfwinde my Brushless Motor. Man, what a Projekt.. Need so much Info befor i made nonsenc the 2 Time... na 300kmh pylonracer are great... but 300 & up to 500... thats allot & i hope kg dont ripps apart

      As I know nowadays many DLG use "synergy II" as the airfoil, some old DLG use "Zone V2". you can find it on RCgroups.

      @@eraserma2212 yes it is not easy the paint thing. But those reds on the wing looks great ! it i no paint? Did you find very difficult to build a Synergy II on bagg? I found out very difficult to respect that 2° curve this wing needs, how did you do it?

      The paint adds more than 3g.
      However I prioritize the visibility from the distance.
