Imagine a judge being shot by a man whose job is to uphold the law.
Imagine what that judge did to drive a sheriff to shoot him and not even try and hide it.

@@appalachianchick2002 i am a local, it's not gossip. you will be sick when the truth comes out. lets just say this isn't the first time the judge was under scrutiny for similar allegation's. the only difference this time is that the judge chose the wrong child to molest. Justice was served, we stand behind our Sherriff.

Sheriff was due for deposition Monday for a case he was involved in. Went looking for some illegal favors, judge said no, Sheriff threw a fit and shot him. It's that simple.
Judges may not permit or consider "ex parte communications" with defendant in a trial outside court. The sheriff was supposed to give a deposition on a lawsuit against him and wanted the judge to help him out of his mess. The sheriff lost his temper seeing his career going down the drain, when the judge refused to help him.
So, that 2022 business wasn't settled yet, and this judge was on that case?
Finally someone with a reasonable explanation. Also, this report included information not included in other news agency reporting.
