I thought Milwaukee was a "lock" the way they were playing but blowing "huge" leads in the last 2 games and being swept by the lowly Suns is not a good omen. I thought Milwaukee was a "lock" the way they were playing but blowing "huge" leads in the last 2 games and being swept by the lowly Suns is not a good omen. It's either going to kick the Bucks in the pants and get them back on track or it could be the start of a season ending "choke" job. I am not quite convinced coach "Bud" has the "clutch" gene. His Hawks were the number 1 seed a few years back when they were swept in the Eastern Conference Finals and the Bucks have blown several big leads this season only to recover in the very end. There is simply no reason to "blow" a 17 point lead with 9 minutes left in the game. All they have to do is give it to Giannis or Lopez down low and grind clock. Instead they stupidly still shoot 3 balls and make it easy for the opposing team to catch up. Not Smart Coach Bud!
It just means that the regular season is less competitive than summer league. Why would you show the planned tactics in a meaningless game that they can analyze it on tape for games that matter?
