I booked my tickets to thailand in march. I know thailand visa is free for Indians till April 2020 however the duration must not exceed 15 days. Unfortunately I miscalculated the days and my stay in thailand is for 16 days now. So will there be a problem if i overstay my visa by 1 day ? I asked help online and someone who was in similar situation told me that there’ll be no problem unless i am overstaying for more than 3days. I will just have to stand in a separate queue and get an additional stamp on my passport. Please help me regarding this situation.
Bro, try to take pre visa from India only so that you will get the visa for 16 days... If you take a in arrival vise and they found your return ticket is after 16 days then they will deport you back to India... Beacause you have to show the return ticket for on Arrival visa... The man who stay more then 3 days, he will definitely change Thier flight ticket after reached Thailand... You can ask him, otherwise he will not get the visa on arrival...

Sir i deported from Bangkok due to slightly damage back side of passport , however it was checked and fine in india immigration center and in air asia checking gate . But in Thailand immigration center they took my passport asked me to wait outside .I was waiting till 1 hour after they asked me to go security center . There i found that my passport cover has been completely detached from main page and step in with some pages . They sent me to detention room . Now i deported from bangkok to bangalore . Then i put my statement in Banglore immigration center . But i lost lots of money , time because of this . Could you please help me what shall i do now . As per my knowledge i don't have any fault .

Hi Sir I am your permanent Subscriber Request you to Kindly suggest on my below query :- Last time I got deported from Thailand as I was not having enough Thai Baht to present However I was having USD ,Credit Card and INR but immigration Officer refused to hear anything .. It was my fifth visit to Thailand . Please find the stamp marked at my passport. Request you to kindly suggest by when I can revisit again ,Can I go back again ? How long is probation period imposed ?
No worry bro you can visit it again now… but plz be sure that this time you not do any mistake again, you must have your proper hotel booking, return flight, clear photo with 80% face visible and atleast 10000 bhat…. Because you have to pay your visa fee in bhat only.
I have been to Thailand more then 25 times but not even single time they asked me be about the cash And also they never ask me about the proof of hotel booking but yes they ask me to mention the name of hotel on immigration form and yes there immigration officers are rude with people ... to avoid all this question please spend 200 Bhat and go trough fast track for on arrival visa ... return ticket 100% sure they will ask and yes some time visa officer will ask us to show ticket booking voucher ...

There's always a chance that immigration will refuse entry especially if you're Indian/Pakistani national. Here's some advice to increase your chances of entering the kingdom. 1. passport must have more than 6months validity. 2. 20000 baht or more on hand. 3. Round trip air ticket printed out. I'm a thai, and have some Indian friends deported due to various reason. Thai immigration is wary of citizen from problematic countries like India, Pakistan and African countries due to them overstaying or illegally working in the country. I have been to Thailand more then 25 times but not even single time they asked me be about the cash And also they never ask me about the proof of hotel booking but yes they ask me to mention the name of hotel on immigration form and yes there immigration officers are rude with people ... to avoid all this question please spend 200 Bhat and go trough fast track for on arrival visa ... return ticket 100% sure they will ask and yes some time visa officer will ask us to show ticket booking voucher ...

There's always a chance that immigration will refuse entry especially if you're Indian/Pakistani national. Here's some advice to increase your chances of entering the kingdom.
1. passport must have more than 6months validity.
2. 20000 baht or more on hand.
3. Round trip air ticket printed out.
I'm a thai, and have some Indian friends deported due to various reason. Thai immigration is wary of citizen from problematic countries like India, Pakistan and African countries due to them overstaying or illegally working in the country. So please be prepare to show proof that you are just here as a tourist. Love from Thailand.
