    Cool! A kind of unusual mix of Japanese music (with the use of the pentatonic scale, for example) and what I heard as French impressionism (e.g. echoes of Debussy's 'Dr Gradus ad Parnassum' and 'Clair de Lune'). Anyway, this composer's music is new to me, so thanks for sharing. Incidentally, have you listened to Ryuichi Sakamoto? Really brilliant composer/pianist, sadly no longer with us. Hope you're having fun in Japan. All best.

      @richard0807 of course I’ve listened to Sakamoto’s music, his piano pieces and a song by the band he joined. He’s such a wonderful composer!
      This Yuyama’s piece is really famous between children in Japan and often played by them.
