THIS is helpful. With both hips replaced, both shoulders repaired (now a recent re-blowout), and now both knees acting up, THIS will help me reattempt trying some of the movements. Thank you.
I have the exact same issue with limited mobility in my right ankle, after a motorcycle accident back when I was seventeen. I also have two screws in my left knee. I'm actually very lucky, they thought at the time that I'd never walk again. I have no problems walking, running, jumping, and my hobby is urban inline skating, rollerblading. Loving this channel, calisthenics and yoga keep me where I want to be.
Love this. Any advise for one arm with limited movement? I've got like 30 degrees movement. Unable to straighten fully or bend. And have been contemplating GMB for a while.
The main thing is finding a position that allows you to start working to improve that range of motion. Here's an article to help with that. gmb.io/elbows/
Nothing compares to GMB. Thank Dog for y'all.
👏! I needed to see this! Gracias!
You guys are the best. Constantly reinforcing that fact that we don't have to do the move "perfectly" is such a great reminder.
Exactly! Just do what you can. 👍

So good to hear that you have no issues after that accident!
You just made my day. Not that I am happy you shattered your right ankle, i'm happy that your limitation is identical to mine!!!
Glad to have made your day!
