I do believe that the firerate of faster towers more than compensates for the decreased chance of shooting out rockets, I think that's some misinformation that they are the worst for that.

don't let the"less firerate - more fireworks"inverse scaling fool you. the faster firerate towers still shoot fireworks more frequently on average, as the chance can't go lower than 5% and doesn't scale quickly enough. shotgunner is the notable exception, but for different reasons x)
Projectile towers can’t shoot out rockets. Hitbox and single hit based towers can, with electroshocker shooting single target and THEN chaining the zaps.
@@Soronokei However getting more than 10 enemies in the same area requires slowing towers so that'd already be 3/5 of your towers without a valid earlygame, economy, support or lategame single target option. Unless you use shocker to slow enemies then you at least got a valid earlygame.

@@lewisyang8454 Sir the necromancer will try to spawn graves if it didn't reach it's limit yet so it's losing out on at least 70% of it's dps and fireworks because it can't spawn gravestones and therefore gets stuck doing the grave spawning animation over and over. TDS randoms these days...

Even though necromancer has a decent attack rate with firework tech due to it shooting 7 rays the fireworks appears like every hit
shotgunner has a pretty high chance of shooting fireworks because it shoots multiple times
0 damage shotgunner gives enemies nan hp if used with firework technician
Also when the nan enemies crash into units the units also get nan hp. They all become immortal
