When I roast peppers, I toss them into a zip-top bag after taking them off the gas. In about 20 minutes, the skins basically wipe off the peppers. This saves a ton of time in preparation.
A couple years ago I rented a small RV and drank so much cheap Mexican beer in it I got the shits and needed up crapping my pants and a bunch of it soaked into the fabric of the seat in the back so I just sprayed a bunch of air freshener and returned it lol
Always enjoy your videos. Cody you always say I'm Not going to catch any fish‼️ You never will with that Negative Attitude‼️Be Positive. Say I'm going to catch some fish today. I keep waiting to see you pull out one. 😀 You go girl‼️You are a great cook. I love you guy's chemistry. You fit like hand in glove‼️You can clearly see that y'all love each other so much.
Well looks like steaming the peppers after charring is covered so I will give my 2 cents on the cilantro (and most other herbs). If you take your three nails (ring, middle and thumb) you can use them as you slide down the stem stripping the cilantro from the main stem. That is how I usually get rid of the harder main stem. Have you ever tried cilantro, garlic lime shrimp? Sooooo good. I am not a seafood person but I will eat shrimp and scallops so you succeded in making me very hungry.......again! And Kelly, girl I burn those damn things all the time too.
Cordy and Kelly with all the good food you guys have maybe you should go in to the food delivery for campers LOL AHAH next video please call it Kelly camping and Cordy fishing take care happy camping
You can also char the peppers in the oven under your broiler. But either way, after they are charred, wrap them in a towel to steam for a few minutes. Skin comes off easier.
Chile Relleno (pronounced rey-ye-no). Yum 😋 Yup, peel those poblanos as another said, peel sooooooo much easier). The water there looks so nice! Enjoy 😊
Hey Cody and Kelli that was a fantastic video and I love the adventures on the boat and the recipe looked absolutely delicious and I know you enjoy this fresh shrimp. And y’all work well together in the kitchen even that small camper kitchen I remember having one of those and my husband just would not work with me in the kitchen of course we had three children in there but I cooked lotta meals in our little truck camper and they were delicious so keep enjoying that truckCamper and enjoying the life that y’all have chosen to live. You make a lot of people happy
I came across your videos a short time ago and subscribed before the video was over. I was soo impressed. I love that you guys have a variety of content. I do not own a trailer or an rv. I am a single mom with two girls ages 6 and 9. I put the girls in Girl Scouts and later added Cub Scouts to let them experience something new that a never had the opportunity to do as a kid. Cub Scouts introduced us to camping. From that first camping trip, we fell in love with being outside in nature doing small trail hikes and camping. I have only done electric and water tent camping because I don't have a power station or solar panels yet to try the type of camping you guys do...off grid. I thank you guys for showing us your experiences because it has inspired me to learn more about camping off grid so that my girls and I can get out there a create our own experiences and family moments.
Another great video!! Thanks for taking us along 😊 And yes like the others said, roast the peppers and put them right in a plastic bag and let them sweat for about 15 minutes and the skin will come right off !!! Keep the bag closed 😊
Shave the leaves of your cilantro upwards to get it off the stems quickly. You can do a lot at a time. I’m sure there is a RUclips video 😂. Looks good 😊 though
I leave the roasted cleaned out peppers whole. Pop off the stem and stuff them, dredge in egg batter n deep fry 😋 never added shrimp though! Great idea, love me some shrimp. Love your camper and happy for you guys. Thanks for sharing, we never miss your beautiful vids❤and Cody your drone skills are bomb! Love the editing and music. Keep smiling and safe travels you two!
Another awesome video you two! I could almost taste that delicious food! We dined in Russellville AR tonight at the Pasta Cafe and it was pretty incredible too!
You can blanch the poblano by dipping in boiling water for 2 minutes or so. Just mentioning cause it may go quicker getting the skin off. Dinner looked yum!
Great video, folks. That is such a different dish but it looked very tasty! I have "toasted" my handle mitt too. Welcome to the club! Beautiful scenery and a great meal. Thank you for your efforts.
Trucks , Boats and Airplanes ! Sugar like sands and aquamarine waters . Perfectly prepared dinner. Nothing missing at all except a train? 😎🤣🌴🌊⛵💕☮ Thank you for sharing your trips. We used to go to Gulf Shores Alabama as kids I know you all had the best trip ever!!
So I've seen a little thing on Pampered chef for Herb Stripper. 😊 a few friends have it, they love it. Love this Video. You guys always make my day. I absolutely love you guys. Amazing adventures and food dishes. Awesome. My friends ask where you get the Cookbook, I tell them.❤❤❤❤
Really is a beautiful view to wake up to and look at during breakfast. White, sandy beaches, blue waters, fishing and boating! I think y'all might be hooked! Safe travels till next time🌞✌
My husband has been on the hunt for the best Chile Reno. We ate one at TaMollies in Texarkana a while back and he said there’s is the best in East Texas.
Glad to see y’all having and doing your favor things, love the beaches etc, but..live in the mountains of Colorado. I love it here too. You guys are so.. cute together. I admire and adore you both in all you do. Thanks for being able to go along with you both on your beautiful journeys. Food looks yum.
Hey Cody n Kelly I laughed so hard when you found the olipop! My daughter introduced me to those!!! I DO KNOW if you drink more than 1 it causes bowel upset lol. I was waiting throughout the video for you to say something about that!!! You never did lol. How did you fair with the olipops? I laughed so hard with these olipop every time you drank one. Please let me know 😂
Thanks for posting! Could you tell me where that opening scene was where you were parked on the beach? I was stationed at Eglin and have been through Pensacola Beach many times but I just can't figure out where this is lol. Enjoying the channel.
We are very aware with what’s going on in the world but we do not dwell on it. Instead live the life that we can and enjoy every minute. This is exactly why we quit our 8-5.
When I roast peppers, I toss them into a zip-top bag after taking them off the gas. In about 20 minutes, the skins basically wipe off the peppers. This saves a ton of time in preparation.
I was just going to say the same. Let the steam do the work!
I agree but I put my in a paper lunch bag. Same principal and saves so much time and mess😊
A couple years ago I rented a small RV and drank so much cheap Mexican beer in it I got the shits and needed up crapping my pants and a bunch of it soaked into the fabric of the seat in the back so I just sprayed a bunch of air freshener and returned it lol
😂
Would love for you guys to come to San Diego to fish our tunas, and eat our mexican food! love the video!
Kelly said, “….full belly means a good night’s sleep.” Once you turn 50 or so a fully belly means NO night’s sleep.
Oh my, how right you are!! Not always but something to avoid. Papaya enzyme tablets are good to aid digestion naturally. Try em!
I like the new intro it explains the change.
There's no doubt about it, Kelly is a wizard in the kitchen. I think 🤔 I've said this before but Cody, you are a lucky guy.

The thing am most impressed with is that you don’t even taste your food while cooking. Shows a lot of confidence in your cooking skills.
That light headed feeling its called hypoglycemia.
Perfect photo to put in Your Rig
I haven’t seen you make that since it was blackberries, 😋…dinner ….🤤 🤤
I live in Pensacola and grew up at Fort Pickens live where I vacation!
While you’re in Pensacola you should check out Joe Patti’s fish market.
That stick you used is called an "Arkie Rod Holder'. :) :)
From one Arkansan to another - this is fantastic!
Great video! Love this part of Florida ❤

I was always told if you have fresh green spices you should crumple them up first before chopping so it releases its full potential of flavor.
Plop those suckers in a ziploc for a bit. And wala...the peel right off! Next time! Looks delicious!
20 lb test line very optimistic!!
That's exactly what I thought :)
Kelly, I made your mexican casserole and it was delicious
That is Five Star restaurant quality food! I don’t like goat cheese but I bet I would in that dish 🤩
yall need to hook up with "living large camping" on their last post they were in Fl also. would be interesting to see how yall compare
It’s never a lot of work when it’s a labor of love❤

So fun! I love how y'all are always making different adventures.
When I prepare cilantro, I stuff it into a cup and use kitchen shears to chop them up in the cup. 😁
Fantastic...the ocean, sand, sky ...dang that was so peaceful.
Agreed! Gulf coast shrimp are the best!
Shave the leaves of your cilantro upwards to get it off the stems quickly. You can do a lot at a time. I’m sure there is a RUclips video 😂. Looks good 😊 though
Need to get a loose leaf roller cutter

I just made those peppers 2 nights ago! Yum
We are going to Fort Pickens loop A in a couple weeks. What are the bathhouses like?
Never camped in loop A so we didn’t see the bathhouse

@@CodyandKellie be careful with those 😂😂 love y’all
My fiance and I started drinking Olipop and its such a game changer lol
Thanks for posting! Could you tell me where that opening scene was where you were parked on the beach? I was stationed at Eglin and have been through Pensacola Beach many times but I just can't figure out where this is lol. Enjoying the channel.
Fort Pickens
This
video is stunning. Please tell me where you are. Haven't made my summer reservations yet.
Fort Pickens
So relaxing you guys I love it thanks for sharing yalls journey ❤️
How did you manage to wait it out for the dinner to be ready (2 hrs) when you were all so hungry?
Cody bad idea showing that truck on the sand!!! That sand is too too soft -- $1000 tow bill if you get stuck.
Oh no worries about us doing that 😂 kellie and I took the photo without the truck there, and I photo shopped the truck in after.
You need a automatic fishing pole holder
It gets really hot in Naples
Coul u tell me name of Boat Rental place. Price? $200 4 hours maybe? Thanks for all the fun ideas! We'll be in Florida soon. Peace out
Gulf coast pontoon rental. $350 half day
Hey AP another way is to put your peppers on a BBQ
If you will roast the Chiles like you did and then stick them in a plastic bag they'll peel a lot easier
well done the r nearer the pilrlong
Roll the cilantro like a cigar and then cut it.
Use a fork to take the leaves off
Where did you get your Swimsuit? Very cute.
Thank you! It’s old. Top is a sports bra from VS and bottoms are from target
Hello!
why is everything so close up have you change cameras
It was just the focus
Yummie!
I came across you guys v
What are the brand of those drinks!
Olipop!
if you'll put the peppers in a zip lock after roasting, and let steam for a few they will peel alot easier
😊
You should sweat those peppers in a plastic sealed bag for about 15 minutes, the scam comes right off.
❤❤❤😎
I have friends that own in an rv park near by ... can call me a d get you permission to dump. I think
🙏✌️👍
I am glad you are all living a life. But do you ever worry about how the country is so fucked up? Or just live and not worry about the country.
