It’s honestly cool how metal just recently became popular. Like it’s not something people shy away from now. Especially with rappers such as ghostmane, suicideboys, etc. metal is huge in rap now. And I can’t be happier

Chelsea Grin is an amazing band they have a pretty diverse discography compared to most "deathcore" bands which is why they get hate from a lot of deathcore elitist. They've experimented a lot with small amounts of clean vocals and chants and electronics to keep their music fresh. To this day one of my favorites and so many talented members have been in the band and not any one of their albums sounds like the last. I suggest Hostage with their newest vocalist Tom Barber (formally from Lorna Shore)
Thank you for reacting to song I have been asking for ages Alex. It got me through a tough time in life, when I got rejected by one of my best friends. I had been so mad at myself for making her feel like she's just an item to me, as I can never put my words together correctly whenever I opened my mouth. I'm just socially awkward. I couldn't express how I felt thoroughly, and got mad cause of my misunderstanding and fear of rejection. The time after that day was one of the worst periods of my life. I couldn't hold myself together at times, all because I felt so mad about how I failed to become the right guy. Now that she has a boyfriend, I just feel left in the dirt at times. I sometimes wish that I died that day. Because, I know that people don't really give a fuck about you until you've died.

Spidey oo it’s really good, but definitely not their best. Ashes to Ashes is my favorite album because of songs like Playing With Fire and Clockwork. It get shot on for not being as “brvtal” as earlier stuff, but it has much better melody, better vocals, and flows better overall. I also think Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell is one of their best ever songs

It's great that you chose this as the song to react. However, it's really sad that you can't take this as the whole representation of Chelsea Grin. Back then, their self-titled EP and album Desolation of Eden, and now, with Tom Barber and the album Eternal Nightmare is what Chelsea Grin really is.

But, I DO think that it might be time to re-visit some tried and true, something along the lines of Halestorm, or Evanescence. It HAS been awhile for either one of them.
