Lmao Jacob is so awesome!! His nonchalant attitude cracks me up, he looks like he could've easily done 20k calories. Looking forward to the next burning 10k cals video!!
Steve Cook cool, would be interesting to know how many calories he did burn each day on his way fattofit. I'm gonna do your burn challenge, very positive about succeeding. Will document everything. Keep up your good work and maybe get in touch one day
Steve you’re someone I’ve been following for a long time. You’ve definitely motivated me & just wanna take a second to say thank you for all your hard work & consistency with these videos they are needed more then you know.
Country is a good word for that. Simple. Hot I don't think so. Hot maybe to you, but sounds like you don't get out much. Or, your standards are low. Probably a mix. But stay with the "hot" chicks. There is quite a pool out there.
i was very appalled to point to tears considering how far we come along with feminism and equality. he is Clearly" Male chauvinistic pig" and quite possibly and abuser...it all starts with a Spank
This has to be one of the funniest videos you've done in a while Steve, your face at 10:58 .. ded! :L Look forward to the 10K cal burn vid .. YOU CAN DO THIS!
I ate 9 - 10 k consistently in college. But it was 6 -7 meals, just eating every couple hours through the day. And lots of peanut butter and a couple protein shakes with peanut butter and milk. Really not that hard if you work up to it. But I ran track and played rugby and lifted weights every day. It was ~5 - 8 hours of exercise a day typically and i only rested on sunday. I was leaner than I am now eating ~3000/day and working out ~1.5 hr Mon - Fri. After college it was insanely hard to keep my weight down. I trended my intake and weight religiously for a while and it literally felt like I was dying of hunger for months while my weight was basically flat-lined. Eventually my digestive system adjusted and now I'd probably vomit if I ate this much lol. Really enlightening to go through that and understand what people who over eat feel like. I always tell them that over time you won't feel so hungry if you eat less consistently. Most people don't believe it.
I am sooooo not hungry after watching you guys eat! I think I'll watch this exact video every time I have a craving for junk food! 😂 can't wait to see manana's video😃
I do PPL 6x a week, which takes around an hour to an hour and a half. Then I do one hour of either jump rope and or running outside afterward. With my heart rate monitor, this session burns around 2000 calories. My maintenance is 2800 so if I did the 10000 calorie challenge, I for sure could "out work" a bad diet within a weeks worth of training. So its indeed possible, but somewhat strenuous if you had other responsibilities or a full-time job per say.
That's the South east corner corner of Thomas and Scottsdale rd. in Scottsdale. :-) I live around the corner small world. Ahi Poko bowl next door is good eats been there many time before.
bro you gotta do my summer insanity week training camp. 8 hours in the pool 4 two hour sessions burning like 1500 per practice.. nothing beats swimming for the cal burnzz
I've never done the 10,000 calorie challenge but I can't imagine it being do that difficult (obviously this is a little tougher because it was done over 3 meals), but I feel like I could easily get to 15k with fast-food and sweets
Clicked on this because of the "out train a bad diet" aspect. Im 19, about a year into my serious lifting career, and i still make gains despite my lazy diet. I eat burgers almost every post workout, I typically have eggs or a protein shake for breakfast, and dinner is usually like turkey and pasta, if i decide to be good, or nothing. I order pizza on my days off usually, i do a lot of bodybuilding and strength work in the gym. My job has me moving a lot, i weigh 140. What are your thoughts?
I always think working out in the afternoon-evening during a day dedicated to a 10k calorie challenge is stupid. I know that it's more about consuming the calories, but doing an intense workout is going to burn some of the calories just consumed, maybe not a whole lot but still it won't represent the true effects. Just a thought.
Id say out training a bad diet is possible, but only to a degree. Depending on how high the surplus is, and your mentality towards training overall. For some people they will be able to out work being in a 1-2000 calorie surplus if theyre dedicated enough. Yet the higher you go it becomes harder. Yes you shouldnt be eating in that much of a surplus to begin with if youre serious enough, but in lesser situations I think a bad diet can be outworked.
It's incredible that by 2nd meal you were at possibly 8000 calories. Absolutely smashed it though 💪🏻 looked forward to seeing the burning 10,000 challenge
You can mos definitely out train a bad diet or a epic cheat day or two but to consistently do so 7 days a week is impossible. The soreness joint pain fatigue etc etc catches up eventually and u begin falling behind from my experience. I've tried this same experiment doing HIIT steady state etc and after about 1 week I tapped out. Fortunately for me I have an elliptical and a spin bike in my house set up in front of a 60inch Tv but you get to a point where you ask yourself do I really feel like riding 2 or 3 hours today? On top of at least 2 hours of weight training and 30 minutes of ab work.
I used to go to that circle k every day about two years ago bc I lived a block over. Sad I was 3 years late lol even tho I watched this video probably the day it came out.
16:26 Steve was ready to burn those 10,000 calories hahhaahah
I don't think a full night of Jonny come ealys will burn 10,000 calories.
I wonder how many calories they would burn if they fucked...
Doing it in 3 meals was the part that was hard
Steve Cook that was pretty intense
Why are you burning off 10k and not like 7k? Account for your BMR my man!
We are taking our BMR into consideration for the 10,000 cal burn challenge. We will be wearing heart rate monitors for 24 hrs.
Sounds good brotha, God's speed!
Dude, you guys made it look so easy!

Steve, I'm not 100% sure, but was you trying to see if you could out train a bad diet by any chance?
Hilarious.
Jakes awesome.
When my muscles grow up they want to be like him.
Saw the notification, came to say what's up Steve!! Congrats on the gym and excited to see it come together!
Courtney looking country hot
Country is a good word for that. Simple. Hot I don't think so. Hot maybe to you, but sounds like you don't get out much. Or, your standards are low. Probably a mix. But stay with the "hot" chicks. There is quite a pool out there.
You sound like you want a piece of SC for yourself mate.
I laughed so hard when Steve spanked her
you mean spanked?
i was very appalled to point to tears considering how far we come along with feminism and equality. he is Clearly" Male chauvinistic pig" and quite possibly and abuser...it all starts with a Spank
you must be the defacto feminist in your group of friends right? yeah thought so. dumbass
wtf is wrong with you , he spanked her as a joke
hahaha the bruce lee troll tho.
The sugar is making Steve super kinky😜😛
This was the best 10k challenge I've seen!
Do more videos like this. Adding fitness to these mainstream ideas makes them unique on your channel. Good work!
Messed up hundreds and thousands quite a few times
"My arteries are clogged in my brain and I can't think" lolll
This has to be one of the funniest videos you've done in a while Steve, your face at 10:58 .. ded! :L
Look forward to the 10K cal burn vid .. YOU CAN DO THIS!

Stave and Jake need a tv show.. Love all you guys
Mama the Meatloaf!!...miniature Buda!! Hahahaha. Love it!! So awesome Steve!!!
Should do the 10k calories of training and the eating on the same day... I call dibs on video idea
Zach Gonring that was our original idea. I don't think it can be done lol
Steve Cook maybe I'll have to find out... 👀
You trying to kill Steve?!
Routine for Brian Shaw.
Steve was dyin' and Jake was just like... "Sup Brah?"
I'm thinking of doing a 10k of liquid challenge, not sure if it's been done before 🤔
Sounds tough that!
I'd watch that though! 😝
10 weight gainer shakes... doesn't sound too bad surely?
Superbenno would be much easier. You can easily make 1000 cal milkshakes
Glass of oil lol
My word, that breakfast is way more than my typical daily intake!
I am sooooo not hungry after watching you guys eat! I think I'll watch this exact video every time I have a craving for junk food! 😂 can't wait to see manana's video😃
This was hilariously awesome. Great job man - mental toughness will get you through 10k cals!
Best 10000 calorie video on all of RUclips
If you had counted beer and drank beer on top of everything else it would have been pretty easy too.
I do PPL 6x a week, which takes around an hour to an hour and a half. Then I do one hour of either jump rope and or running outside afterward. I'm trying to figure out if you meant PPL as short for people (meaning you do people, sex) or if PPL is some cardio acronym I've never heard of haha
Liam Robertson Push, Pull, Legs
Liam Robertson I was lost too
Steve and Courtney seem so good together :)
Wearing headphones and getting to parts in the song saying "MA!!! the meatloaf" scares the shit out of me everytime
Jake is fun to watch. Such a genuine character.
Hahaha, we all know what was on your mind Steve @ 16:25 ;)

let's make it to 1m views ! Steve deserve this.
The part when Steve smacks that azz! Great video.
Every time the music plays and there is the yelling part I think Steve is screaming at the camera. "Maaa the meatloaf"
I always think working out in the afternoon-evening during a day dedicated to a 10k calorie challenge is stupid. At 8:59 when all that grease comes off that burger = ☠️☠️☠️

Steve kinda look like Sid from Ice Age.
Ben Rowland 😦😂😂
(In behalf of a growing RUclipsr)

Have fun tommorow Steve.
do you live in arizona now? just started watching vids again and also where at?
Unless you're a strong man who weighs 400 + pounds this challenge is hard. The mountain eats 10,000 a day during the season. Crazy shit.
