Greeting from Dublin! This is a very good channel for opel corsa D owners and is recommended. I have done a number of repairs on my son's car having followed your guides. Thank you.
Hi, Nice work. In addition to the copper washer, don't forget to replace the spi gaskets at the top of the injector pits. This gaskets ensure that the injectors are correctly aligned in their housings. ;-)
This is my world . The last cylinder head I threw away was a few weeks ago . Peugeot 807 . I have every slidehammer , hydraulic pullers , seat cutters , accessories for all vehicles . And not the cheap stuff from wherever . Quality that costed me thousands of Euro's over the years . Don't let anybody tell you that every injector can be removed . Hell I even own a magna drill and high end milling bits . Be carefull for your own sake if you take on a job for a client . I let them sign a weaver . I do this also for glowplugs , the same . Lucky for you it came out . I have pulled injectors in half . I love my job but sometimes , I hate it . The diagnostic side is fun but sometimes I am afraid they ask me to fix the problems. Your video shows one of those scenarios
@@josepeixoto3384 Smart question but no . Injectors are mainly removed when the seal / copper washer has burnt and the injector starts leaking. Torque spec doesn't change. You would only be tightening them down which will probably result in breaking of the stretch bolt's used for injectors. When you encounter a leaking injector seal and you follow the right procedure for installation like cutting the mating surfaces of the cylinder head and the injector, cleaning etc . You apply a coat of ceramic grease on the body of the injector. Doesn't help prevent the washer to burn but at least you will never have a problem removing a seized injector.

Luis Please... No Music on time lapse... it is annoying and your channel is too good to have this Prague on it...

@@LMAutoRepairs Without any doubts your channel is one of the most relevant and enjoyable to follow.
We can learn, see how to do it, have some ideas and offer to you our thanks and support for the time and dedication.
The video editing is fine and will improve as you have new ideas and concepts, but the time-lapse with music (special the ones in the youtube) are depreciated of the work and removes the joy of see it.
Maybe you can find a new band in the region that could build a soundtrack to you but the "cheap" dings dings dings of youtube are annoying.
But you are correct, as soon as you have audience it will be impossible to make everybody happy, and without any reserves I will continue to follow your channel... but with some "mute" on it :)
Thanks for all!

1.3 CDTI engine's are shite!!!!
And when they are not looked after, any engine is really...
😊
@@LMAutoRepairs I know those's engine's worked allot on it . Those engine's are a disaster!!! Injector's,head gaskets,turbo's oil pump's , timing chain's , you name it,it go's bad.
I have a similar issue where diesel is around the injectors, I’ve got smoke from exhaust and bonnet, not sure if it’s related to this, what’s your thoughts?
Very good
Thanks!
