Discover FORMA, the new FARMO RES machine for pharmaceutical packaging

FARMO RES presents a new packaging solution in tailored card trays for ampoules, vials and syringes.
FORMA is a flexible packaging machine which forms, loads and checks tailored pre-glued card trays and finally inserts them into carton.
Two different FORMA versions are available: FORMA 3 - intermittent motion with production up to 90 card trays per minute / FORMA 6 - continuous motion with production up to 180 card trays per minute.
FORMA is equipped with loading systems, robot systems, vision and control systems carefully developed by FARMO RES based on extensive experience in the pharma-packaging machine automation.
The cooperation with ESSENTRA is the key to tailored card tray design based on product’s details and customer’s requirements.
