The maximum speed a device can achieve depends on its own Wi-Fi hardware. The more devices connected to a WAP, especially if they're actively transmitting data, the more the available bandwidth is divided, which can reduce individual device speeds.

Actually, two PoE extenders working together can achieve 1500ft. However pulling the wire is not so possible in some particular case.
