38:00 process_cq works with city names, it is just very specific. For example a is not the same as ä. If needed you can change city names to make it easier to use the command, just click on the city name in the city management screen and then you can edit the name. Also if the city name has spaces in the name (for example: Minas Tirith) you need to put the name in quotations. So in the case of Minas Tirith the command should be: process_cq "Minas Tirith"
Alternatively instead of spaces, _ can be used instead. process_cq Minas_Tirith should work. It's such a temperamental command. Even capitalization must be respected. Minas_tirith doesn't exist, only Minas_Tirith does. I use it so much in both RTW and the occasional time I play DaC. Had a fun time as the Wood Elves, but damn if it wasn't annoying to make them OP with commands.
Firing Mortar Shot at the Archers in fixed skirmish position is generally very accurate and effective given the larger Area of Impact from the Mortars. Just have to be careful not to charge with cav in to the unit you are targeting.
btw I still think it's horse crap you don't get to train dwarven cat's when you go good. I feel like a Dwarven Cat would be the equal reciprocity for Great Beasts when you go bad.
@@epmtotalwar I remember when you called him out for the now famous "horse archer scandal" like it was yesterday. One of the funniest moments in EPM channel history 😆
If you ever have your army(your main ones) in any settlement you should automatically crank the tax rate to maximum because there won't be a rebellion and it'll give you the money you need. Also you seem to need more cannon fodder(I mean infantry) I think your steppe tribesman will do fine since you can fire brainlessely and if any of the steppe tribesmen die it'll be okay for you since they are replacable and since the orc units are way stronger than that.
Good call on the settlements, although it is mainly castles in Mordor. I think I've been going ok with the battles, just requires a bit of micro and attention to detail. More troops when they are not necessary leads to a stagnated eco and then it takes even longer to get another decent army out.
On the channel total, Mordor, Goblins, Angmar, Dunland. On V5, the above plus Lothlorien, Gondor, KD, Rhun and High Elves. I would also like to do a human choice Dorwinion, mercenaries Bree and Arnor Northern Dunedain.
@@epmtotalwar have you tried the Expanded Unit Roster Mod for DAC yet? It basically adds many units from different Submods into one and you get a few OP units for every faction. Its really fun, i'm fighting Rohan as Isengard rn but they are insanely strong now. Also Lurtz has an archer unit with body piercing arrows and 120 men in his unit lol
Actually spoke about this in an upcoming video. Basically, the consensus was that every faction basically gets everything which leads to factions losing their identity and their playstyle. I'm a firm believer that factions should have weaknesses and holes in their roster because that gives a challenge to play around. It really isn't a mod that I'm ever going to touch, the drawing point of the mod, in my opinion, is a negative.@@juustrev2k11
Holy. Hell. Of all the things in the LotR universe, those chariots are the most damning proof there is no Geneva Convention.
They are quite good. Geneva Convention would ruin all the fun.

@@epmtotalwar 👍
I’m excited for Arnor and Rhun. I’m a relative new-comer to DAC and first video I ever saw was ND in 4.6.
