How to Do the Garter Tab Cast On Quick Knitting Video Stitch Tutorial

Here's a clip from my Knit Below Shawl video tutorial that shows how to do the garter tab cast-on. This example can be used to learn and practice the technique and then you can change the number of stitches and rows required according to your pattern.
