There is a hadith that states that dajaal will fly on a donkey at a very fast speed, with its ears separate. Clearly that hadith is talking about a aeroplane. So I think the one eyed hadith is not literal.
perhaps it means he sees only one way, one direction. Unable to be "human", humility lacking?

Dajjal is not coming anytime soon. If you read 2 thessalonians 2 8 it talks about the man of lawlessness being consumed by jesus breath
