When my mother passed, she wanted this song at her funeral. We special requested it, and had it played. Thanks for sharing this!
Finally! Someone who uses the last line of the chorus as the introduction rather than the written introduction. Excellent.
Beautiful voice, beautiful Irish lass. God is Good.
My favorite Alleluia! That slight Gaelic lilt in your voice makes it sound even more authentic.
We sang this alleluia just last week. Really a beautiful composition.
Lovely voice , thanks for sharing
This was also the version of the Celtic Alleluia sung at Eastertide, too, if I’m not mistaken.
I want this version sang at my Funeral Mass.
very beautiful
The Catholic Church has brought this back love this
❤ voice
Amen ✝️
Beautiful
Wow, looks more like for Christmas rather than for funerals
The Celtic alleluia is like that. I think it’s a beautiful idea to be honest. Reminds me of the phrase ‘for your faithful O lord, life is changed not ended’.
@@clement3570Lovely comment! Thank you ❤️
I've heard it at the easter vigil mass
@@laurenceamspoker782yes! It’s a really good accompaniment to the psalm that takes the place of the gospel acclamation
Splendid - but as I am listening in UK - sorry a bit far for a hire?
