Hey! I stumbled upon htese videos while training to model in 3d. Quick question. When i do a partial flange, it always adds a recess on the edge. How do i deactivate this feature?
Looks like RUclips ate my earlier comment for some reason... Anyway, I did video on that part on my channel exploring different ways of doing that part and some of the more subtle nuances of Onshape sheet metal if anyone is interested!

Try setting the relief type to TEAR. See if that does the trick.
fleng won't work if the gap is 5 to 2, and I see you solve gap 2 by using S.W it's easy
