I think its harder to purchase a piece of land and there are a lot of like government things to do with that, but I guess its weird that she bought a house and broke it down, buutttttt if she ends up selling the house then the revenue would be way more because it is renovated so she will get a good amount of money for it when she leaves the house. You must have money to be able to do stuff like that when I bought my first house I had to do the same thing modified to buy I liked it it’s not cheap but it’s worth it in the end when you get your dream home you’re going to spend the rest your life in and you know you worked hard and you paid for it yourself you can put up and say wow I own that house it’s not mortgage is paid by cash I did with my house
I think that's quite normal to be fair, she's just planning her life. I'm doing the same, my house hasn't even started its build yet and I know eventually it will become an investment home, I won't be having my future family in that home (if that makes sense). We're all still so young and have a big future ahead of us 😊
