9th St. San Leon was my old home and a fun place to be. My favorite Topwater Grill items are the fried boudin balls and the Royal Red shrimp! The view of the water is lovely and the atmosphere is fun! 🦐
Our FAVORITE place! Every special occasion, plus anytime we're craving seafood, we head to Top Water Grill! Great service! Love the atmosphere! The food is amazing! Eat inside in the a/c or outdoors in their covered glider picnic tables. 👍
very good place. Been going there for years. Food is excellent. Fun to be out on the bay and pull in with your boat, dock and go in and eat. See a lot of that from boaters. Good times.
My favorite place for fried shrimp! Coleslaw with baby shrimp is so good. Haven't had a bad meal matter what I order. Love watching the boats pull in with people coming to eat.
You can get those royal red shrimp at HEB. They're called Argentinian shrimp in the seafood case and they're fantastic. We lucked out when they first started carrying them. They were marked at $5.99 a pound so we bought 30 pounds of them. When they realized it was a goof it changed and they're $10.99 a pound now. They're well worth it. Hey, I'd love to see a review of Gilhooley's which is right down the street from Top Water Grill. Gilhooley's has grilled shrimp on the half-shell topped with a whole shrimp, garlic butter and parmesan. I may be a little biased but I think that they're way better than the ones at Top Water Grill.
When dude said “I think you gonna have some good luck today” I felt that.. I’m from cali but have family in Rosenberg. And every time I visit I make my way to the jetties of matagorda.... trying to catch those reds... one summer I’ll get lucky.
Love him and this food looks delicious🤟🤟🤟😍🥰🤩 I love that pant🍽🔪🍤🍤🍤 well I just learned something I never heard of that before but who don't like lobster and if it tastes like lobster that's delicious
@@MrStinkeyWinkey another good joint, but I like Top Water better because of the waterfront, and now there is that new one where Bubba Gump used to be but I have not been there, I heard it's very pricey
@@MrStinkeyWinkey gilhooleys is better and cheaper you pay for the waterfront at top water and that's about it the food has fell off the past couple years.
They have the best coleslaw anywhere. When my mother in law was living in San Leon, we used to eat at TopWater a couple of times while we were visit her. The coconut shrimp are the best, and the dipping sauce for the coconut shrimp is fire.
One thing I could never get is people liking their Mouth to be on Fire from a hot Sauces, I want to taste the dam food not my mouth burning and stomach burning....
The gospel by which we're SAVED. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 (KJV)(1) Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the GOSPEL (good news) which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; (2) By which also ye are SAVED, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain (self). (3) For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that CHRIST DIED for our SINS according to the scriptures; (4) And that he was BURIED, and that he ROSE AGAIN the THIRD DAY according to the scriptures. Sorry, but this place has gone downhill in the last few years. I've stopped going there. Last time I ordered raw oysters and got nickle sized oysters. "Cocksucker" oysters we used to call them back in South Louisiana. Not sure why we called them that, but people know what you mean, when you say it.
Dude , you're gonna have to skip a meal in order to eat like this, you're getting HUGE and you're way too handsome ( and nice ) to ruin your health ! We think you're great
