Why no 'Cinema Paradiso' & 'Nella Fantasia'? These both is also a very famous pieces composed by Ennio Morricone. And you can play the guitar? I think you can to learn to play the accordion. And ask the trumpet or the horn player to learn to play the tenor saxophone. And add a piano player to play the piano and harpsichord then you can fully focus to play the organ. I think the band also need more musicians like the double bass player, harp player, timpani player, drummer, guitarist & violinist. And it will good to go.

These are great themes too. I might do these some day also with Gabriel's Oboe on the organ.
