I've been going to Crete using Chania as my base the last 20 years. There are tons of things for you to explore, nature, mountains, incredible beaches, the best food. BOTH restaurants right next to you have incredible food and are considered one of the best in the entire region. Thalassino Ageri you sat at (means Sea Breeze) has the most fresh fish you can find anywhere. They are both expensive and worth the money. Your hotel is brand new, the whole area is now being redeveloped... those buildings were old abonded leather factories and now are gaining a new life. Next year those hotel prices will be much higher

I'v been coming to crete for the last 25 years and it's my second home now with a second family. The island is amazing the people are so welcoming and friendly, the weather is perfect and the food is incredible. No need to go to the fancy insta famous islands.
Loving the bag u brought, do you know or remember what the shop is called pls? Am off to chania again this year and need to find this bag shop? Did u walk round chania harbour and see the harry the turtle some times he swims round the harbour with his girlfriends x

Crazy.. Last year in August, I was having dinner right under your hotel at Periplous restaurant, the one all gray and a little fancy. There was an English couple in front of our table, and the girl was blonde and looked like you so much that I was convinced it was you .. Then, a year after you went right there..
