Such an under rated feature. I have been experimenting with FPV and tracking cars and even buildings. Getting some really wild shots.

An ND filter should help you reduce the 'choppy' looking effect when moving fast near the ground. If you're filming 60FPS go for a shutter speed of 1/120. If you're filming 30FPS go for 1/60 shutter speed.

Yes, sadly on the mini 3 Pro you can't change the apperature only shutter speed and iso. And the ND Filter that comes with it is not enough to get the right shutter settings. But as you said an ND and double the shutter from the fps is the best settings!
