@@MalcolmJames-sg3zg to be fair to the Doctor though there is a little improvement, when they first told me to get out walking/cycling it was a vicious circle of agony and I was calling him every name under the sun 🤣 walk then 3 days of pain and repeat, not tried cycling think that would finish the knees off for good 🤣
