@@metinhesenov Unlikely. Google Pay already has NFC tickets and rewards cards, as well as campus IDs and transit cards. Hard to believe that now would be the time Samsung started caring about their Pay platform.

Other than iPhones,Samsung is the reason I choose to stay with them despite how cheap those Chinese phone are even if they comes even with flagship chips. I value freedom to do things my way ,but also I value my security.

Knox is one of the reasons for me to buy Samsung device, though if you could just put 32GB or 64GB extra storage for Knox Vault, or make it like a whole new phone inside the secure folder where we can keep everything far from getting hacked, leaked or accessed by any other thing.
You can already use secure folder as a second phone
It's not storage dependent. Samsung Knox work this way... if someone tries to access your data from your storage, the access has to go through Samsung's Knox chip inside your phone which is integrated with the vault before it passes to the storage drive where your other data resides like photos, videos, contacts, etc.

I have the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. When you start getting to use tamper resistant security and never transfers un-encrypted. You know they put a lot of thought into the security architecture . This is what the NSA fears. Counter measures that makes the re-think how to attack a device. I started using Samsung Pay this month at my work. You create a custom four digit pin or scan your fingerprint to bring up your digital bank card. Very well thought out features. Gives me peace of mind.

It's not Samsung's fault. The developers for those apps don't fix it because they make a general app for Android and don't want to be bothered with adjusting quality specifically for Samsung. With Apple it's easier because they can fix it for one system instead of many. I'm a Beta tester for Snapchat and I always send them messages about fixing the quality and I use a Samsung Note Ultra and my wife uses a Samsung s20. Other p complain about her video quality every time she posts

@@killertigergaming6762 Agree. But it adds layers of security which is difficult to hack. Not impossible but difficult. No system in the world is 100% secure. There is no such thing. However, there are systems of securities like AES (for example) with high level and complicated algorithm (256 bit) takes millions of combinations and years of effort to hack a system. Having a type of secure system in a Samsung device with a combination of both hardware and software like Knox would also be difficult to hack. It will also take a lot of effort and time to steal a data. And "most" hackers nowadays won't waste their time and energy hacking an ordinary person. So in short, right now, the most secure smartphones out there are Samsung devices because most of their devices have Knox.
@@normanvaliao encryption is only as secure as the key used for it most people use weak 4 digit pin numbers which can be hacked in milliseconds
@@killertigergaming6762 I don't use PIN on my Smartphone. I use fingerprint sensor and alpha numeric with special character passwod as backup. What you just mentioned is a clear example if your smartphone is stolen and you use a PIN (physical hacking). That's the users fault due to negligence not the system. What I'm trying to drive at is data being stolen online via phising. If you have Knox, it's another layer of security where hackers will have the difficulty in getting your data because it's a virtual vault like sytem . And if they do get your data it will be encrypted where the only way to unlock it is the decryption key that is generally embedded on the Knox chip on your Samsung smartphone.

If Cellebrite UFED performs BFU extraction on S21 with KNOX VAULT, will the extracted data be human readable and decipherable?
No, not really, BFU does not give you much, it can't decrypt CE portion of the storage so it's all gibberish, hence they need to unlock it to do full file system extraction.

Samsung need to improve Samsung Pass. Google pass still works better than Samsung pass on Samsung's phone. But both Google pass and Samsung pass are no where near compare to Icloud pass. I'm still a big fan of Samsung
