Vile taint realy needs to be aligned with agent, make it so agony is lasting 30 seconds and vile taint 25 second cd, if shadowpriest can have it we should have it
I think what a lot of people are annoyed about (including me) is the fact that there are certain classes who historically have always been top notch or even meta (especially mage or WL). So if I want to play DK, Shaman, Monk, Warrior, these classes might be good for a season or two, but they will also most likely be in the dumpster for the two seasons after that. Mage or Warlock simply don't have that. One of their specs is always so good, that noone even doubts they will be a benefit to your M+ or raid. But for shamans, warriors, monks, DKs, historically they were always met with some doubt whether it isn't better to simply bring a second WL/mage.
There is a lot of perception bias in there due to mage and warlock having both 3 dps specs. Think about it, for 18 years until evoker released mage and warlock where 66% of caster specs, but most players don't differentiate between fire/arcane/frost, they just see "light blue guy" in the damage meter. You can even prove this with statistics by using the aggregate placement of specs in the 90% percentile in the mythic raid since Legion: Shadow>Devastation(obviously only has DF data)>Demo>Havoc>Fury>Outlaw>Affliction>Frost DK>Elemental>Arms are all before... FIRE MAGE on current standings and frost/arcane are down in the last third. I don't have the spreadsheet for M+ but yeah, obviously fire will rank a lot higher there but I wouldn't be so sure about frost and arcane.

It's just math. Rogues, Mages, Locks all are triple dps specs and they are almost always top tier with at least one spec.
Unless you're trying to push tippity toppity top level M+ keys, you can literally play whatever you want and be fine. If you're trying to qualify for MDI or something, then yeah, you might be forced to play certain specs, but you can easily get title/mount or whatever you want without being forced to play a certain class or spec. I haven't played the "meta" specs once since Legion, and I've done fine as a 100% PUG/solo player.
Important to note too actually, Assassa Rogue is one of the highest benefiitting specs of Windfury (Skyfury). So if they are your damage carry, and you play around them like Spriest in season 2 and 4, then you definitely want a Shaman in that group
I dont know if i agree with DH feeling bad to play I actually quite enjoy how havoc plays right now my only gripe is that it feels like the set up for damage is a lot before you really start rolling where other specs can do a ton of insta damage, once ive started doing +12s havoc just keeps feeling better though, it'll be one of those classes thats only gonna climb with higher gear and longer pulls, the demonsurge buff might not really even play a factor in the hero talent choice since they nerfed the burning blades damage, Aldrachi will probably still be the better selection overall
aug is still very strong . but its less crazy then people act like. there are like 50 groups max in the world where aug is actually op. its kinda stupid to see people who do like +12 max cry about aug when another dps would probs just be better
its still playable without aug and other comps, no idea why people have to still cry about it. most of them arent even 0.1% or in a position where people should care about.

Boomi defenses are kinda weak. Going bear. Getting rage to use iron fur, or using frenzied Regen CD all pulls away from your rotation and eats into the buffs. The higher the key the damage looks better on trash packs but staying alive becomes a real obstacle. Our heals are not nearly enough to recover from a missed kick unless spammed. And in some situations. Bear won't even save you. Just my thoughts on it thouh
Yea ive tried multiple ways to make ww work on the beta. It simply just sucks right now. It's turned into melee fire mage with xuen=combustion. You do tank dps (or below it) without xuen and become an absolute machine with it out. Shadow pan still sucks too.
you're overrating ele, Storm has relatively little prio damage other than Tempest and it's single target is middling at best. It's mostly good at padding the meters on trash. Specs like arcane mage, frost mage, and shadow priest will outperform it in keys because of high prio damage. On the positive side, since Blizzard largely balances around raids Elemental Shaman should (theoretically) be less likely to be nerfed than the other specs.
Its sucks playing frost dk and ele shaman, cause they're usually on the lower end of damage in most expansions but when they do good they get nerfed right away.
I think out of al Mages Firemages have on of the best scaling with haste, as soon as this current state of FM has more haste and better gear (Myth track), I guarantee they're not bottom tier anymore. also not top tier, dont get me wrong. but for suuuuure not bottom tier
They need to finally make their minds up on living bomb, it's so laughably tuned right now (15% SP and even less on secondary targets) that it might as well not exist.
Shockwave, disrupting roar, mass spell reflect, banners.. just to name a few that they've had in the past... You can easily make stuff on top of this also
in the last vid u said prot paladin lack mitigation and now your saying "they buffed it" its a +15% dmg , like how does that solve prot paladin issue ? prot struggle to keep his mitigation and have way high cds compared to other tanks , just look at blood dk , he can solo the first pull of necro on a +10 solo , tanks are made to tank not do damage , buff mitigation and nerf damage , cds on all tanks should be short , buff ardent defender and make it on a 1 min cd , remove sentinel nerfs , and revert concec nerfs , clearly blizzard is incapable to doing this , too much brain cells to use , tanks being meta are not your "weekly no leavers" tier list.
I already explained that you lack the mitigation but your damage profile compensates for it. Yes if you do ur casual keys you will be fine. He is not comparable to the tanks like bdk
I hate healing. Seems like every time I'm in a spot to really pump heals I see my mana bar in my peripheral vision completely gassed. The only way to fix that is working with the tank to break combat to allow dranks and using movement CDs to close gaps.
the only way to nerf aug is to make it NOT buff tanks but only the dps, otherwise they can keep nerfing this cockroack of a spec and it will keep crawling back into meta.
do you think the same guys? the overall ele shaman rework has not been as good as we wanted. the only positive thing for me is flash of lightning, others are either mediocre or even negative

Do people who make all the comments about pres evoker actually play it? Sure it does suck when you get people all over the place, but it not that big a deal. There is other spells to use other than breath. This is part of your skills playing pres. I position myself differently so I can clip extra ranged and the tank etc. In real bad situations you can echo statis your breath onto 2 split grps. There is ways to do it...and this is what skill expression is all about on this class and why it is not for everyone. It is a class for a thinker.
coordinated pres gameplay and pug can be wildly different. having 3 ranged stand in a triangle behind you at max range isn't going to be fun for a thinker either
Having played prevoker main for the entirety of Dragonflight, I could not agree more. Playing in PUGS who had no clue how prevoker worked was... Ugh. I kept re-positioning them, and they kept going back to their terrible positions straight after. Infuriating.
I need to contradict you a little bit. Massive AoE, Graps (including Abomination Limb ), AMZ, battlerezz, permanent slowing Mobs with DaD or Chill Streak. I know what you mean, but it also doesnt matter when you are not going to push keys to the limit.

My m+ group is guarding druid, resto shaman, fury/arms warrior, Frost/Unholy DK, and BM hunter. We are smashing keys as a physical damage comp. The damage is insane.

No healer at the top tier because there is no certain winner. Currently, 4 of the healers are so close together, it can go either way. Further patch notes will determine. Exactly what I said in the video
It's an ok list, but you miss a few massive points. 1. Ele Shaman is middle pack, I know I know "but the meters". Look it's cool to pad meters on trash in M+ but when 3-4 other classes can stomp ele in M+ for clear / overall / utility it's just not top. 2. DH is "good" but warrior and mage both have much better uptime and clear potential. It's the DH players trying to recover from the tank meta destruction event. 3. Resto druid is not in a good place right now, their hps is bad compared to others and they don't bring enough reactionary utility for M+ pushing. Maybe you're getting these list details from just watching streams or whatever I don't know, but yeah. List is average for sure and not bad for a normal player to go off of and pick something. Is this a meta list , not at all, but maybe better not to be and just have fun with guessing for now.
Kinda sucks if you are a pug player, and you have fun playing some off meta class, that aug evoker already took one spot of 5 in the group, because even pugs want it as mandatory, and you are left forever in the que. Blizz logic.
not true though. I pug with my feral 50% of the time and people pay more attention to your score and what keys you played, than having an aug in every grp. Its harder to get into groups, but you meet more decent people this way. And all you need is a few peeps in your friendlist and you dont have to rely on pugging that often anymore.

There are 2 possibilities. 1) They are addicted to WoW and they try to find the most dumb reason to stop playing. 2) They are burnt out on WoW and they don't like seeing other people having fun so they try to bash down the game for the rest of the players again by using any argument available to them no matter how dumb it is. Either way they really couldn't care less about the thing they say that keeps them away from the game and every time they feel the need to announce if they come back to the game or not as if anybody cares.

When a class has 3 dps specs, typically one will always be strong.
The other classes you listed all have tank/heal specs.

assa rogue is the rogue spec that benefits the least from WF, it's still good but not as much as the top classes/specs

Spriest also benefits a lot from the mastery so if it does similar dps it's likely you'll see spriest just for pi and fort

Enhancement is "not bad" but ele is "crazy". It just feels bad to work twice as much to do half as much damage

Blizz has a habit of nerfing assa before launch. Always the same cycle: assa looks great and then gets nerfed
you can just keep playing rogue even for pvp. rogue has been S tier in pvp for the past 15 years.
People are quick to mention the MOTW, BUTUUUUT when pugging. Remember.r there's classes that actually stack crit/vers. Some will actually avoid vers.

Resto Druid is too high. The spec is haste starved and mediocre HPS.

Kinda sucks if you are a pug player, and you have fun playing some off meta class, that aug evoker already took one spot of 5 in the group, because even pugs want it as mandatory, and you are left forever in the que. Blizz logic.
not true though. I pug with my feral 50% of the time and people pay more attention to your score and what keys you played, than having an aug in every grp. Its harder to get into groups, but you meet more decent people this way. And all you need is a few peeps in your friendlist and you dont have to rely on pugging that often anymore.

@@reuterss306 I have been seeing copies of cringe comments like this in many other games (for example Destiny 2) for so many years that I now know how to psych-out people like them. There are 2 possibilities.
1) They are addicted to WoW and they try to find the most dumb reason to stop playing.
2) They are burnt out on WoW and they don't like seeing other people having fun so they try to bash down the game for the rest of the players again by using any argument available to them no matter how dumb it is.
Either way they really couldn't care less about the thing they say that keeps them away from the game and every time they feel the need to announce if they come back to the game or not as if anybody cares.
