In my experience the biggest issue with the 207mm pulley is maintenance. The space between the supercharger belt tensioner and pulley is like 2 mm, if you ever need to change the supercharger belt or even the serpentine belt you're probably going to need to go in service position
I recently ordered your 207mm pulley instead of the ol upper & lower pulleys in hopes of achieving stage 2 power levels based off the genius Audi inerwebies. I have a merc HE on the way as well and planned on installing both and flashing with your stage 2 tune. There are a handful of people trashing the 207 setup due to issues with belt slippage/breakage. I have a 2013 S4 6mt and do some drag racing at a local track and minimal drives around town. Ive heard many good things about the 207 but questioning my decision for obvious reasons prior to install. Any help is greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work!
Our 207mm crank pulley upgrade has been thoroughly tested to ensure it will perform without issue. We have plenty of customers running our 207 without issue!
I’ve been looking at getting the 207mm Crank Pulley when I plan to go to Stage 2. Versus changing the supercharger and crank pulley. I daily drive my S4, so it shouldn’t be an issue if I change just the crank pulley to the 207mm, correct?
if i used the pauter rods on the 3.0t and the head studs from wagner. could the 810 on e70 or 85 give me 800-820 hp in theory. would there be a seaparate tune or a custom tune? also is there any mods for the gearbox coming. in terms of more plates etc. will be able to reach ams alpha levels
@@034MotorsportUncut please put out some info on the podcast. We would love to know. Here in india I have the fastest S5 in the country right now and we r still trying to come down to 9 sec. Please let us know. Thank you
What Plugs do you recommend with 2+ dual pulley vs 2+ dual pulley E40? Same Plugs? I had the Brisk Racing Silver plugs from your site installed currently the Dr12S for stage 1...I also have the Dr10S ready to install when I put in my 207 pulley but I want to try running E40 as well. I wasnt sure If the 12 are better for the E40 2+ dual pulley or if I should go with the DR10 if Ill be switching back and forth if the difference is negligiable... Thank you for your time and assistance

What the best way to install the serpentine belt ??

Are you running the 207 setup? If so how is it treating you?
The 207mm on mine is rubbing against one of my serpentine belt pulleys. Any troubleshooting?
Please shoot an email to our Hardware Technical Support team at techsupport@034motorsport.com. We'll be able to assist you there.

That is correct! This would do great on Stage 2+ software
I am using different software brand (not 034) for stage 2 but using 034 207mm Crank pulley. Is there any problem with this setup?
Our 207mm pulley is considered a dual pulley setup. I would contact your tuner to ensure you're on the right tune for that crank pulley configuration.

There are still limitations within the turbo that would not allow that. We've got things in the works for pushing the barriers!

Would a 209mm crank pulley. Make a big difference?
We've not tested a 209mm pulley so we cannot comment.
Does it work for the CREC engine?
Our 207mm is not compatible with the CREC motor.

We recommend OE plugs or Brisk DR10S on our tuning software
