Sir, Hopefully you are doing well.😇 Thank you for uploading these case discussion videos. ☺️ This was a really good case discussion.😃 After sharing your videos with my colleagues and juniors, I truly felt that I have never helped them before as much as I did with a simple task of sharing this case discussion video.😊 It's really worth appreciating how beautifully you have compiled every required information in one single video. I truly appreciate the efforts that went into adding those info bytes and pro-tips and the little but important details from literature as well really helped a lot.☺️ 12:40: Thank you for making special mention of 3-D printed stents, many of my friends actually after watching this video told me that they had no idea that such a thing can now be utilised during Gingivoplasty. Even many of my juniors really appreciate your cases and every time you come with different cases and there is so much to learn from each of those discussions and lectures. 16:31: The way you had to say "This is Perio" it really is convincing of the fact that many students in BDS are not aware of the vast scope of Periodontics. There are so many clinical cases that can be skillfully moulded through plastic periodontal surgeries. It's a sad truth, that BDS students are never made aware of the beautiful cases and scope Periodontics and the scope of other branches of Dentistry. Unfortunately, in the entirety of their undergrad years what all they know and what all they do ; during most of the time is scaling and root planning so that becomes the major cause of lack of interest of students in this branch of Dentistry. Thankfully, through your clinical case discussions at least some people would rethink about career decisions and choices when it comes to choosing the the right branch for the postgraduate courses. Your handiwork is really good and thank you for creating such beautiful smiles every day.👏👏✨ Kindly consider uploading more videos like this one.☺️😇 Much Appreciation for your work.🙏😇 Wishing you and your family Eid Mubarak.✨ May God bless you and your loved ones with lots of happiness and good health and prosperity.✨ Stay Blessed Always.😇 Best Regards 💐🙏
amazing amazing advances aesthetic case. too much learning in one case just a question isnt there gum pigmentation in before case how did you turn them pink afterwards.
Me too inshAllah .local dentist disturb my front teeth look by extraction of teeth even his clinic senior surgeon suggested him rct but he didn't and gave excused my brother rct is useless option.
ur video is so intresting but i thing there is 0.5 mm approx incisal edge is short of 21 .. , might be its my way to checking the pic ... pls dont mind

Sir, Hopefully you are doing well.😇 Congratulations on completing 25.4 K Subscribers on this RUclips Channel.🥳🎉✨💐 The background looks so good ..😍😍 Now anyone who wishes to consult or have an appointment can easily know where you practice.☺️😇 Thank you for putting up the details in the Channel description box , it's really much helpful for patients wanting to reach out to you for treatment purposes.☝️ Thank you for uploading such an informative and insightful case discussion.😍☺️ 0:40 : Indeed a great collaboration 👏👏 yielding awesome results.👌✨🤩 1:39 : Yes, unfortunately I had witnessed in the past many cases of pink porcelain even worse than the one shown in the pre-op photos of this particular case.☝️ 2:02 : Orange Porcelain...😄🤭 this was really a good one..😅🤣🤣🤣 I had a good laugh after a long day of work, 1 kilo khoon toh bdh hii gya hoga mera...😅😅😂 3:40 : Sch mein chhkr aa skte hain mujhe aese case ko dekh kr...🥲🥲🥹🥹🥹 3:59 : Actually so true, Dentistry has taught me to look so much into symmetry , beauty and perfection that when it comes to analysing the micro anatomical details and surrounding soft tissue structure in relation to any teeth; my eyes start searching for those details and I have become so used to seeing it. So any case like this is something very mind boggling for me.🥹 It looked like an unsolved riddle, but the way you have presented this case; I would truly appreciate you for simplifying the concepts of smile designing for your fellow juniors.☺️ Struggling with determining the tooth reminds me of my third year of BDS, when I went for dental camps organised by NGOs , because there used to be less patients at my college so I went to various dental health camps organised by private institutions and non profit organisations to gain better exposure of patients. During that time I remember many patients used to come in those camps with various dental problems, and most of them had severely attrited teeth along with OSMF due Areca nut and Tobacco chewing habits and several missing teeth. For me it used to be difficult during that time to actually figure out which teeth are exactly what, they all looked the same and heavily black stained with severe attrition. I remember how I actually used to count the teeth to be sure about the numbering. 😅😅 After such a long time I actually had to pause this video and count, to be sure which teeth are exactly these..😅🥹😅 At the first glance of the Pre-op photos it appeared to me more like a Jigsaw Puzzle... 🥹🥲 But, one thing I know is that whatever I learnt in the past is benefiting me even till this day.☝️ 13:18 : Thank you for explaining in detail about the Gingivectomy and Surgical Crown Lengthening procedures.☺️🙏 You wouldn't believe that I have seen many cases of gingivectomy wherein I had seen the aesthetics of Anterior teeth being heavily compromised. Soft tissue surgeries especially in the areas governing the prime aesthetic zones are very sensitive. Much care needs to be taken while working with the anterior zone. I must say, all those students who have been taught by you are very lucky because one should learn from the best to become the best.🤩😍 24:30 : Wow🤩🤩🤩such an awesome result... 😍😍😍😍 This case is so beautifully done.👌✨👏👏👏👏 Much Appreciation for your work.🙏😇 16:42 : Thank you for emphasising upon Biological Width, this concept needs to be understood well in the undergrad years.☝️ This will be so helpful for my juniors and colleagues. I'm so happy that each person who belongs to the Dental Community can gain and learn so much from these case discussions.✨☺️ I too was able to gain a lot from this video, crafting a beautiful smile is never an easy task, a lot of hardwork goes into creating beautiful smiles.☺️ And I'm fortunate enough to be able to learn something new from each of your videos.😇☺️ I really can't thank you enough for helping us all.😇🙏 Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to make videos in order to help us all.🙏😇 I have understood most of the things, Though I had one question I wanted to ask , This is regarding bone removal, usually in the cases of impacted teeth we use surgical round burs to remove a thin layer of bone to expose the teeth. So I would want to ask you which burs were used during bone removal in this case ? Kindly consider answering this question in any of your forthcoming videos. As always I'm sharing this video ahead so that it would benefit others too.☺️😇 May God reward you and your loved ones with lots of happiness, good health, prosperity and peace.✨🌟 Stay Blessed Always.😇 Best Regards.💐

@@DRSMFaizan whenever i brush my teeth and whenever I go scaling.
If your oral hygiene is good then done with your HbA1c test.
Very nicely done 👍🏻

Loved the case doc! How long did you wait after the crown lengthening?
I think 8 weeks.

Sir zirconia or E max crowns ?? Which one are best for front teeth?? Please suggest
If the other teeth are translucent then EMAX. If they are monotone and opaque then zirconia.
I liked your vdo. I am having some issues with my teeth. How can I take the consultation? Please let me know

Dr Faizan Mera chota sa sawal hai k kia ap k dant ma kabhi Dard hoa??? Ap apni treatment kese kerte hon ge?🤔🤭
haha nahin huwa. Brush twice a day and Scaling once a year. Dr Sara and Dr Hamza are my Dentists.
While all this procedure is going on... (I think it goes for some days or weeks) how does the patient eat and drink?
Patient always has temporary teeth so no issues. After surgery they just need to be careful about hot and spicy foods for a day or so.
superb work
Thanks a lot 😊
