Finally a thread that won’t require a whole lot of thought from me. I don’t want to get an aneurism thinking about some specific track from some album. Maybe I should do top 10 Time Life Classical box sets! Nice thread Fun to see your stuff.
I did miss out on The Beatles Mono box set but I really only became a Beatles fan a few years ago so that's my excuse. Lol. The Norah Jones covers album looks very interesting. I bet I would like that one. I just love that Kinks box so much. The Tom Petty box sets are amazing. The Rolling Stones in mono album covers look so beautiful. I'm used to seeing them looking old and beat. Yours are so pretty. I could sit and look at these box sets all day long. They are all just wonderful Mazzy. I enjoyed seeing them all.
I love vinyl box sets. I have that Beatles, Dylan and both of the Petty ones too. I also have Type O Negative, Midnight Oil, Bob Marley, Beat Happening, three from Devin Townsend, The Jesus and Mary Chain, the Replacements, Pantera and The Eels.
Nice. I've never seen that Red House Painters box. 'Ocean Beach' is an amazing album. The first two Sun Kil Moon records are the best stuff he's ever done in my humble opinion. Thanks for the hip-to the Long Cut's channel. Cheers!
Whilst not vinyl, Sound System by The Clash takes some beating. It's an absolute behemoth of a box set which, aside from the music, includes lots of stuff you didn't know you needed (Clash dog tags anyone?!).
In fact it is all about the money. I remember end of the 50's, beginning of the 60's, everyone was exited about stereo. Now they are making money again - and good money - of the mono editions. A bit ridiculous.
Some great boxes Mazzy. Never saw the Red House Painters one before (or Mark Kozelek.) Looks awesome. I'm thinking the Grateful Dead are going to release those last two shows from Fillmore West 69. Maybe this year. Be ready! Thanks for showing the boxes! ~ Randall
Hi Mazzy some nice box sets. I'm lucky I have some of those (Beatles, Stones & Kinks). Snoozed on the Pretty Things and now it's expensive but I do have the SF Sorrow 50th box from 2018. Saw them in London 2018 for their last electric gig, with guests David Gilmour and Van Morrison, who have both been big supporters of the band over the years - a great evening. Thanks Dale
Great update! I have several of those sets. Why are you so rough handling your records in the video? Obviously they are yours and you can do as you please. Just surprised me.
Hi Mazzy, Ah... thank the Lord that you are there as the apocalypse cometh. Ha ha. Thank God for beautiful music aficionados as yourself that help curate the passion that feeds us all. Quite the gorgeous assortment of food for the soul.... boxed. Have some of them. Love the Stones and Beatles in Mono. Kinks are right up there with them. Love Tom Petty. I have no Grateful Dead. Where do you think I should begin with them. Don't own any and I know they keep issuing live box sets after another. Must delve in to some other artists you should. Hopefully the purse strings will loosen up. Dark Horse Catalogue here I come... God bless and keep well, Tino
Almost Famous is a great flick. Sun Kil Moon - Ghosts Of The Great Highway is one of the best records I have ever heard. Stunning recording.

The Guided By Voices BOX is pretty damn phenomenal if you can find it...Still searching for mine

Great info. Also, those B&Ws in the background look amazing.....

Yeah I'm not a Grateful Dead completist but I sure to grab most of the San Francisco sets... Some of which I attended.. Thank you Randall.
I do have some box sets, but not a single one that you showed so good to see them. Thanks, Chris
You are welcome. Thank for watching Mr Kibler ✌🏽
I didn’t know Adam Savage was into vinyl.
you are the best...peace always...rocky
You have a lot of great box sets, The Beatles mono, Tom Petty, The Rolling Stones! Great video!
This video’s gonna cost me some money! Great post.
That red House painters box set is actually just one song.

I've never seen that Small Faces Box Set before. That's pretty cool!
BarakaPDub uh Paul. No Small Faces 🤷🏻♂️😘🤠
@@mazzysmusic Ooops...why was my brain thinking Small Faces when I meant the Pretty Things. The meds are definitely kickin' in.

Happy Holidays Maz! Are you aware of any Rod Stewart Vinyl box sets? If so, any recommendations? Happy Healthy New Year!
Don’t know any 🤷🏻♂️
Nice Coltrane
Do a Grateful Dead vinyl collection
You're making me blush!
Nice vinyl box sets. I will have to do one ( a video) as well.
Jamie Cottle I was thinking of you too Jamie when I made this one 😎🤓✌🏻
