I had terrible symptoms of PCOS , being an introvert , I kept everything within myself , I was unable to tell anyone regarding the same , but one day I came across this video and played the video with my eyes closed . I had gush of emotions out , I found myself crying and I didn't held in , I found myself at the stay of relief when the video ended . From that day , I never had the extremes symptoms of it and whenever I feel I m hurt ,I come here . It works like a magic 🤗

My first Reiki session was in 2012, months after the death of my beloved aunt who was 6 years older than me. We were like sisters. She died by suicide. I was in such a very dark place. Sobbing to her, to God, every single day, asking for forgiveness that I should have been there for her. Nothing was working. So my dear, sweet, thoughtful sister brought me to a very special place for Reiki. I didn’t know what it was, what to expect, nothing. So I laid down with an open mind and my eyes closed. By the end of the session, while driving home, my sister looked at me and asked one question: “How do you feel?” And my response was “At peace.” It was beautiful! I hit send too fast. My sons especially my older were facing tough time for many years with my ex physical running away from physical and mental abuse, Financial abuse, control and many more that classify as nassisist and I can confirm I don’t normally see a person like this surrounding me. my first time receiving reiki. i naturally felt to open the palms of my hands to feel the receiving of the energy. i felt it through my hands and felt warmness at times. the moment you said the word "grounded" towards the end, i naturally felt to close my hands. while receiving, i imagined the imagery of the healing energy move through my body and i imagined being fully covered in this energy and the energy extending around me. i will come to this video often, thank you.

I felt initially chill ness in my palms ,felt tingling on my crown Chakra could visualise golden light and towards the end when I opened my eyes I felt warmness throughout my body

Ohhhh. Thank you so much. There are no accidents in this universe that I found you this morning. My lymph glands are infected and I gratefully have always had a high immunity. There is stress around me now with my aging Mom. I know this is my throat chakra too. I am in service daily with animals and my Mom so I know my strength mentally and Physically is so important. The message I got was that my fears, anger, regret, etc, cannot be taken from me. I have to let them go, put them in the trash so to speak. Have to say a Big THANK for this as I've been suffering with severe dental pain. I am aware of Reiki but was slightly sceptical this would work via utube, but I have tried it and found it worked for me not instantly but given about 20 mins from watching it, I was crying in so pain and asked for help. I loved this video so much... I was called to listen to it again. This time I felt myself going deeper into the meditation and felt more healing taking place.
