I'm Riley Stewart and I'm the system architect and copywriter. I have developed a Gym business and I'm also a fitness business training expert. So, I'm going to walk you through exactly, I talk about the experience and benefits of this Vipassana Meditation camp.
Actually, I'm using the two social media ads platform, Facebook and Instagram ads to drive a huge amount of fitness leads. The biggest driver is Facebook, You tend to get a lower cost per lead on Facebook. So we go from there and we take the first through the landing page.
Vipassana, which means to see things as they really are, is one of India's most ancient techniques of meditation. It was taught in India more than 2500 years ago as a universal remedy for universal ills.
Vipassana Meditation is a way of self-transformation through self-observation. It focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body, which can be experienced directly by disciplined attention to the physical sensations that form the life of the body, and that continuously interconnect and condition the life of the mind.
The technique is taught at ten-day residential courses during which participants follow a prescribed Code of Discipline, learn the basics of the method, and practice sufficiently to experience its beneficial results.
The course requires hard, serious work. There are three steps to the training. The first step is, for the period of the course, to abstain from killing, stealing, sexual activity, speaking falsely, and intoxicants.
The technique of Vipassana Meditation is taught at ten-day residential courses during which participants learn the basics of the method, and practice sufficiently to experience its beneficial results.
There are no charges for the courses not even to cover the cost of food and accommodation. All expenses are met by donations from people who, having completed a course and experienced the benefits of Vipassana, wish to give others the opportunity to also benefit.
Do this course! Give up the 10 days and stick with the Vipassana meditation. See what self-awareness you can develop, master your mind, and mend some physical issues.

People need to understand that a 10 day retreat is just the tip of the iceberg. If you do not continue there is no use. Moreover if you get attached to these type of physical sensations, it is even worse. You just become a mindfulness junkie... That is not the reason to meditate. Meditation is just a tool that should be used to develop wisdom...

But the truth is we should not react to those sensations. He is still at the early stage of the practice. He should neither be positive or negetive about any outcome as those outcomes are just side results. The main purpose of these kind of techniques are to attained enlightenment at the end. We should not allow our mind to accept any kind of positive sensation or reject negetive sensations. Now he is very happy about his results but he will get his back pain again more soon unless he continues the practice and keep it as a part of his day today activities....With metta

The idea is to go beyond the sensations and not react to them. The different kinds of sensation are immaterial. Benefits accrue along the path. What matters is awareness and equanimity. Remain equanimous and do not react to the sensations. You will be slowly free of the cycle of craving and aversion. Practice 1 hour in the morning and evening and 5 mins just as you are about to sleep - daily! Mangal ho.

I am going to do this course next month (February, 2019). I am from India and eventually I did not know about this method of meditation till a couple of weeks ago though I have been doing meditation for the last 4-5 years. Just a couple of weeks ago I came to know about Vipassana and almost instantly decided to do it. I have already seen a huge number of videos on Vipassana. I feel this one is the best among them. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Amazing introduction, thanks for sharing that... I see multiple people reporting this similar experiences, so I realize it's quite real.. But, I'm intrigued: why did you try to run away on the very last day where the thing was just finishing? I would understand running away in the middle.. But what went through your mind that gave you that impulse?

The practice of the meditation is to feel the sensations in the body and observe them. It's not about enjoying or disliking the sensations. I believe I was taught to remain equanimous.

Thank you for sharing this. I have completed 2 ten-day courses in the past two years, I did it because my mind was full of junk. It is now that I have started to ease out. But you have advanced phenomenally as you could experience most of the things in your very first course. I really want to experience that "car battery hooked up" that you felt at the end of the 7th day. I feel that's still a long way to go.

I find it quite paradoxical, in that the less I crave for the sensations, the stronger they come. Upekkha seems to be the key (for me), the more I stay in equanimity, the more I can experience the subtle sensations, and hence the faster it is to freeflow.

I've been watching various peoples videos on their Vipassana experience. Thank you so much for the details. I want to be prepared, as on the 20th June 2018, i'll be attending my first ever Vipassana retreat, it'll be a 10 day. I read the book, and am aware its hard work and apparently can be painful. I already live with much pain every day and i'm worried because i'll be 63 this summer and hope to stay the course, but worry that i'll somehow mess up or won't tolerate the discomfort, or won't be able to find the most comfortable position. Practicing for now just being still. Again i thank you for this vid. :)

These 10 days were just to teach you the true method of meditation. After leaving you have to keep doing that, ofcourse can not do for 10 hours a day but try at least 2 hours a day one before sleeping and one after you are awake. Just two hours and if that is also too much..then got for just one hour daily after you wake up. This is the way to Nirvana.
