So, it is happy to see Intel has come back with their better and competitive products to rival against Apple. Open competition is the key.
I’d have liked to have seen that video editing test vs say a laptop with a 185H Meteor Lake processor, say a Zenbook 14, and then with something similar with a 4080, say a Zephyrus G16, and also a Proart P16…….and to have seen battery life tests on those too.
I wish the PC chips had more logical and simple names. Apples M1 to M4 is so much simpler and clear. I really don't like the windows interface, used it back in the day and it was always overly complex compared to the simplicity of the Mac interface. But you do get more ram and storage on a Pc for the price, which I wish would influence Apple to reduce prices. Interesting video but not going to switch to PC as I love my M3 MacBook Pro and Mac mini. I'm well locked into the Mac ecosystem.

I bought but had to return an ASUS Zenbook 14 core Ultra 5 laptop. It seemed great hardware, good build quality, great looking display. Unfortunately my need is to operate with some USB connected outboard devices, which I could not get working correctly. Bro I don't know where he gets the speedometer 3.0 scores for M3 14 inch Macbook Pro but my 2 year old M2 Macbook Air get a solid score of 30-32 in speedometer. I have never seen my device go below 29. How is this even possible with M3? I guess its a paid review. Damm guys I would suggest just buy the device only when you try or test it. My friend has X-elite laptop, for daily task I would say it is on par with the Macbooks, but when it comes to some professional works (I am a developer btw), the Snapdragon falls back quite a lot. I guess its a compatibilty kind of thing. But what I can say with my experience is Macbooks give the best overall performance and quality despite being abit expensive then the rest. Just buy a macbook with a decent Ram (not storage, for storage just get a external ssd that way more cheap) and enjoy your life.
Honestly, controls on the trackpad is a bad idea! That trackpad is already on the small side, and when I use my mac's trackpad I rarely have any freaking idea where I am putting my fingers. I would constantly trigger those controls unintentionally.

Wheres the TUF F15 version?
Windows still holding it back windows is a mess
windows is lfe and life is complex sometimes ;)
@@azexy21 bars !!!!!I like that
For that reason I expected Microsoft to release Windows 12 and that it would be built from 0 instead of a revision with more bloatware.
@@raguel259 bloatware are to death 😫
What great example of manipulating sales session. Suggest that you make this a windows channel.
How about performance on battery 🤔🤔🤔
"It is so snappy, unzipping files it is flying, like I would get from an ARM laptop and I didn't think that was possible" What did you think ARM is exactly, magic? Apple silicon is good because the architecture is good not because of ARM.
Too many times you said low noise, on my old vivobook 14 the noise was horrible that’s why I think to go for Lenovo yoga pro 7 gen 9. Better performance, lower price, less noise
Wow that performance in resolve is amazing. (Regretted buying macbook!)
I prefer windows and x86. but I prefer the macbook screen (much brighter, better for outdoors without risk of burn in). would love to also see the macbook screen with antiglare coating for better outdoor visibility. (I know the Lenovo Legion 9i has that)
MacBook Pro M4 with nano textured screen mate option is acvaiable for 100$ more..
qualcomm dies...
What Max are you? Max #1 or Max #2?
But can it run Arch Linux..? I use Arch BTW
yes is x86
its not arm where you cant swap os easly
If you are tech savvy enough to run Arch Linux you should know the answer to this question.
I bought but had to return an ASUS Zenbook 14 core Ultra 5 laptop. It seemed great hardware, good build quality, great looking display. Unfortunately my need is to operate with some USB connected outboard devices, which I could not get working correctly. My guess: the device drivers for those are a few years old and this new generation hardware has left them behind. Apparently this is an even larger problem for the new Snapdragon laptops.
We? I'm never wrong, that was all you! 😂
Didn't compare to the 890m of the HX 370....
So what did he compare it to then? I thought the HX 370 had the 890m igpu, whereas the HX 365 uses 880m.
After 2 years, the CPU might be burned? Let me check who reviewed Intel 13 14 gen before.
Honestly, controls on the trackpad is a bad idea! That trackpad is already on the small side, and when I use my mac's trackpad I rarely have any freaking idea where I am putting my fingers. I would constantly trigger those controls unintentionally.
I am software developer. Could you try to connect it to Samsung g9 monitor? Will it give at least 100hz in 4k? Thanks a lot!
Good and informative video, I only think that 32 GB of RAM is overkill for me.
Lunar Lake is disappointing. AMD is killing it for X86 needs. Mac users are happy with M3 and Qualcomm is offering a good ARM alternative on the Windows side. Intel just can't compete anymore.
I was waiting like Reindeer
4x more RAM and 2x more storage for 100$ less... At this point even Silicon Valley start-up employees will start looting Apple Stores if inflation goes on
The worst laptop I had in the past was the previous gen of Zenbook S. Beautiful and sleek, poor battery that after a year barely hold to watch a movie, an ssd so bad it was writing with 80MBps max after less than a year, sleep never worked and the admitedly 3K screen stared to delaminate the day after the warranty expired. The sound was also worse than my iPhone 4S
A comparison of core ultra 1st gen and core ultra 2nd gen
I’m so excited for strix halo
