I'm happy for you, that's a major difference. How old are your birds ? Sounds like ur problem wasn't that bad. All the birds weren't eating and drinking as they should and the waterfeeder wasn't as clean. Was there any other problems?

For 100 layers it’s 25 pounds per day. So split that and feed the birds twice per day. Each bird is expected to eat 1/4 of a pound per day.
