West Penn trail history old PRR line and branches with main line canal and the town of Livermore

This is all not 100% backed proven info. In the town of Livermore they did evacuate before they backed up the water I said they didn’t in the vid. Also not sure where everything was in the town just throwing stuff out there. Also with lock 15 I’m not sure If that’s what that is it might be a RR bridge abutment it seems much higher then the canal was elevation wise with the ground it might be down under the bridge where I showed it in that clip towards the end of the vid.
