The pot soup that you had wasn't bake it was steamed. This kind of soup is usually steam until you order it and it comes out piping hot. The longer it steam the better it taste.
Greetings Matt, I've been watching worlds best seafood for some time now and have loved every video. I'm so happy to see you uploading a bit more. I would love to see you eat and review Saint Peter in Paddington. Many regards
I want to see an epic clam bake. Clams are probably my favorite food, and I've regularly eaten 12 dozen before. In the Midwest US, we tend to do this in the Fall late September to October. It's a traditional thing here.
That beef in chili looks delicious. Would highly recommend you go to Gabriel Kreuther's next time your able to travel to NYC. I think you'd love the food there.
Seafood is my favorite food🌍 we just came back from our trip to Europe and we had seafood everywhere from Paris to Spain !Spain has the best seafood 🦞 so far (Barcelona)but we will travel more to try all the awesome seafoods
To each their own, but it hurt just a bit when you peeled the shell off the large single prawn! The shell gives such amazing flavor and texture to the dish.
Yeah, I'd rather pay for quality food than for ambiance. But sometimes, it's hard to get great quality without the more upscale surroundings since the average customer that would pay for quality food also wants better ambiance. Would street hawker food be as good in a "Michelin Star" class restaurant? I dunno. Part of the whole experience are the creaky chairs and tables in the dirty streets with the bustling masses, and sanitizing your plastic chopsticks and spoons in a bowl of boiling water. Most of the time I just want to eat as the locals would, but every once in a while, it's nice to be pampered a bit. I guess there's room for both.
Tadao Ando Octo Finissimo! Very nice Sir.
Watching the new video and eating a 2 euro fresh dutch raw herring with chopped onions. Best moment of the day!
I also love Dutch herrings!

Nice cuisine, but price are extravagant.
Matt - go to VEA on Wellington Street. Make sure you get the cocktail pairings.

Matt the soup will be steamed the idea behind that is the soup with never reach over 100c so it remains clear and tasty.
You should go to Puglia in Italy, they know how to do seafood.

Anybody have a name for the background music? Cheers!
Living your best life!

Spielberg, so cinematic. 😎
Chinese people would be very upset if the soup didn't come the way it did as shown in your video.

Yep its the Tadao Ando version
Why all the food so small. 600 dollars for crab
Crazy I can eat a whole lobster 50 dollars. No thank you.
Dude if you're eating in those swanky fancy shmancy restaurants while you're in asia you're really missing the point. 😂
first
So not gourmet. Big, small, big small. Go for a burger dude.
