- In the office, Einstein is talking like crazy! Jeff is in the next room and operating the camera with a remote control device. This is an older video that Marcia found and was taken about 9 months ago. It was just too cute not to share!
FYI, the yellow caution ribbon you might see in one of the clips is a joke Marcia played on Jeff. Hoping to inspire Jeff to clean up his desk, she put it in front of Jeff's desk and declared his desk a disaster area. Also, the fan noise you may hear is coming from his computer.

Einstein Parrot is a very talkative African Grey Parrot! He lives with us in our home in Texas and was hatched on June 15, 1997. Einstein is a silly, smart, and popular parrot who loves to talk and entertain! He is famous for his impression of Matthew McConaughey, ( • Einstein thinks Matthe... ) NOT the "Einstein" that was featured on the TV show Animal Planet. He likes to talk on various "parrot approved areas" in our home, such as the kitchen drawer, the shower, kitchen chairs, napkin holders, and of course his play perches! Einstein has brought much joy to our lives, but training and living with a parrot requires time, patience, and sacrifice.

I watched this with Miss Maya bird. Sometimes she gets jealous of him, but today she said, "You're a good parrot. " Trust me, that's the ultimate compliment, lol.

Wow. Just wow. Every drop of love and devotion given him, and every minute spent with this fellow shines through. It saddens me to see other parrot videos on other channels where they think it's funny to teach them bad words and bad habits. Einstein sweetens my life. Thank you for sharing him with us.

Thank you so much for that - we haven't had so much talking for a long time. He seems to speak more when there's no one around and he even did a bombs away correctly! His diction is so clear and precise.

This bird is very smart but so is the person who thought him all of those words. That took a long time, a lot of patience (patience is a high IQ trait, which is why I'm a dunce lol) and a lot of repetition with the right tone and proper rewarding experience for the bird to learn them. Pretty extraordinary. Animals fascinate me.

When my kids are grown I’m going to be a parrot lady! He is absolutely so fun. (I know they live for 30 years so I’m kinda joking but I might just adopt an older parrot in need) I can literally watch him all day.
