Thanks Rob. Another good one. I hear you about the descents. They’re slow and loads of braking. Terrible on the elbow tendons. Heading up that way soon. Cheers
G’Day Rob Nice Ride and Scenery. Be a great place to live and explore. The course you took looks good for mtb and gravel bikes. The Trek Gravel Bikes seem well built and have the T47 BB which is a bonus. I’d test out the Trek CM on flatter course and see how it feels You didn’t pack a croissant in the back pocket this time 😮 You should have an emergency pack in the car at all times.
The scenery is a feast for the eyes, riding off the beaten track Is my favourite form of cycling watching this makes want to go for a ride not that I ever need much of an excuse thanks Rob !
Jason... ah, good stuff. That's part of my inspiration: to encourage others to consider where they ride - or where they have their cycling holidays. If you end up at Bright Velo Hotel, be sure to say g'day to Tim for me... and tell him I'll be back there for another ride as soon as possible. - Rob

Once a bike rider, always a bike rider. No excuses needed... but nice to know that it adds to your urge to ride a bike.

Just back from a riding trip to Adelaide, next trip could be heavily influenced by this video. Thanks Rob

Porepunkah is steep and the track is rocky. I reconnoitered it once in my car and thought 'nah' too dicey - Decided to ride up Buffalo instead.
Just a question mate, why not a hardtail for this sort of country?
@@ozziejim8472 … just because I had a gravel bike for review (and in the car)… and not a hard tail. That’s all.
