    Made this nearly 3 times now and It is is amazing!!! Tastes just like doner you get from the shops! Honestly don't look for any other recipe, this one is the best!

    Oh this method is the best I have tried it with lamb, beef and chicken. Yummy need power hands but so good. Serrated knife and hands power

    this recipe is incredible the only issue I have is how hard it is to cu the frozen chicken anyone have any good tips I have decent knives so its not necessarily that

    I would prefer baking/grilling the log of meat before cutting them and refrying. That way it will be jucier

      How would you suggest doing this? Putting the log of meat with the parchment paper in the oven? Making this tomorrow so any tips to make it better would be helpful

      @@vasundhara9557 low and slow wrapped in tin foil. But I wouldn't freeze it but let it marinate for a few hours then skewer the chicken then cook over a baking tray. Cover with tin foil while in oven. If you do it like this video. Itll be dry. It looks dry

    It is possible to fry the chicken in the airfryer….right? It’ll turn out nice and crispy

    Tried it and comes out quite dry compare to a real doner on the skewer and turning grill.

    This is really good. Slicing the frozen chicken takes some work but it's well worth the effort

    Why not freeze the pieces individually, without forming them in a log? Seems like it would be easier to cut that way.

    Can you upload a video to make the Sauce that you put in the end? I believe that's Shawarma Sauce. Really need the receipe of the sauce.

      It's called toum. Made out of garlic, oil, salt and lemon. Process is similar like mayonnaise.

    Recipe is good but I don't think the chicken will be juicy and give the normal authentic doner kebab experience.
