If he was that bad why has his support stuck like glue despite all the demonizing? In fact part of the reason his support is growing is because he has overcome everything thrown at him, many voices in conservative media were beginning to clamour for Ron DeSanctis, because they wanted "normalcy" to return. The media has made people even smart people to hear AMERICA FIRST, and think it's the worst thing ever especially independents and leftists. The problem is the media and the Democrats. People that were friends with Trump for decades, started calling him fascist and a Nazi and racist the minute he said he was running for president as a Republican. There was never any chance they were going to give him an opportunity to be reasonable. They have gone after him with lie after lie after lie. The CIA the FBI, the deep state the media I mean Hillary Clinton and the DNC were literally found guilty by the federal election commission for lying and spending money to create lies to the media about Trump. The man is actually incredibly moderate. He is a 1990s Democrat. He is not analog. he is the most centrist Republican to probably ever run for president because he’s actually not a Republican. He’s not really a conservative. It would’ve been the best chance ever for both sides to work together and compromise and do watch right for America. But that’s never gonna happen because the left hates America. The left hates the constitution. They say it all the time. Look at how they think literally even the Supreme Court justices on the left and the Democrats and the world, economic forum, and the world health organization, John Kerry they all literally say the constitution is a problem. The first amendment is a problem. These people hate the constitution. They hate America. They hate freedom. They hate democracy. We haven’t actually had democracy or capitalism in America since the early 1900s. America is by definition a textbook fascist country and has been for decades. Thanks to the left. Thanks to the media. Thanks to the Democrats and let’s be honest with a lot of help from the establishment wing, which is about 20% of the Republican party. But those people are not conservatives. They were Democrats until Vietnam and then they moved to the Republican Party. But they were never on the right. They were never conservative or libertarian. They were always big government liberals. But they were pro life and pro war.now they’re moving back to the left where they belong but not fast enough. Trump has been attacked since day one. Mary Catherine Hamm explained on the Bill Marshall, how the left and the Democrats and the media destroyed all of the norms to try and destroy Trump because in their opinion he’s gonna destroy democracy so they’re gonna destroy democracy first to save democracy. Other words is exactly what Abraham Lincoln did because the Civil War was not a Civil War. It was the second American revolution was completely unconstitutional because the states left through a legislative process legally part of the constitution the same way they joined, and it was not about slavery. It was about Lincoln being a tyrant, and forcing the south back into the union. We know this for a fact, because Lincoln said on several occasions and you can read it by googling Abraham Lincoln‘s letter to Horace Greeley. he shit on the constitution to save democracy or America or whatever version he thought because he was a tyrant and authoritarian. The left they are authoritarians. They are fascists. They use identity politics and Marxist tactics to brainwash people. But all they care about is power. Again, they hate the constitution they hate democracy. They hate freedom. They are nothing but authoritarian that crave power. Therefore they will do anything because the ends justify the means.

But then Hillary and high-profile Democrats also spent years claiming that _"Russia hacked the election."_ Trump was a Kremlin asset, and _"Riots are the voice of the unheard."_ whilst people were burning down civic buildings and shops.

You're not the only one. Everything you said is pretty much how I feel as well. I was a Dem until 2010 when Obama already started a few more wars (which is why I voted for him, saying he would end the wars only to do the opposite 🤦🏽‍♂️). In 2016 I said I'd never hire for Trump (I wrote in Ron Paul). After seeing how absurd, hypocritical, and deranged the Democrat party was acting with Trump as president that continued pushing me further and further away from the left. I wrote in Tulsi Gabbard in 2020. Then with the DOJ corruptly going after Trump throughout Biden's presidency I couldn't believe I was ever a Democrat. After Tulsi & RFK Jr joined Trump it became very clear who I was voting for in 2024. Yes, Trump embellishes the truth constantly but when it comes to flat out lies, twisting of words, propaganda, authoritarianism, etc the MSM, MIC, and Democrat Party make Trump look like a saint!
I'm not afraid to admit I used to be a Democrat, I'm just ashamed to admit I was a Democrat!

It has even spread into Canada despite our strict border protocols. I have had both a neighbour and a relative cut of communications with me while discussing US politics. In both instances they refused to even consider that Donald Trump was misquoted on numerous occasions. When I asked them why they hate a person they have never met so passionately, they both quoted statements allegedly said by Donald Trump. I began by telling them I am not a fan of Donald Trump and have never really cared for him on a personal level, then tried to explain to them that even left-leaning media sources had debunked those statements, they literally cut off communications and walked away from years and a lifetime of relations.

That moment when he was condescending to his coworker about union membership numbers under Trump, acting convinced that union membership numbers didn't go up, when any looking into the question at all would have shown him he was dead wrong, and it was absolutely clear he had no idea at all about it and was just making it up entirely... astounding.
